Shawn Z started off his visit by asking and listening to what we had experienced losing a great deal of water from our pool. He answered all our questions and then explained, in detail, how he was going to check for leaks. Shawn Z was very thorough testing every area that could possibly have a leak; you get what you pay for with this tech. After identifying the source, he walked us through his findings. Zack also said he would be emailing the findings (so we didn't need to take notes) and a detailed estimate for repairs. I would not hesitate using this company again.

Angel was nice and patient, but could not find my empty broken pipe in the concrete . I Damaged my floor today based on the info they provided me, no pipe was where they said it was located beneath the surface. I am really disappointed, I will likely have to turn to another company.
