We have a swimming pool from the 80's, commercial size (80K gallons).
They spent an entire day locating issues and found everything within about a 1-foot diameter in 5 places, just enough room to bust in the concrete and repair, then spent 2-days doing the repairs. They marked all the lines for anyone working behind them. They have lighting equipment and will work 12-hour days if needed to get the job done.

I can't tell you what a great service they provided. I've never hired anyone like them! They are the best!

From the very first call to set up an appointment and the end of the appointment this company was wonderful. From explaining the entire process and cost before setting the appointment. Nick the pool technician explained everything and did a very thorough inspection to see where the leak was coming from. He even gave us some advice after we asked some general pool questions. I would highly recommend this company for all of your leaks and any other pool issues they can address. I was able to get an appointment fairly quick as well.

I recently had a home inspection done at our old house. The inspector told us there is an a leak above the laundry room and that we need to have to the drywall cut in order to perform the repair. He also said that it could be mold and the whole 9 yards. I called American Leak Detection and they sent a technician two or three days later. Did the test and didn't find anything. The technician checked the ceiling, went upstairs to the Master and check since it is above the laundry room. He didn't find anything and he told me it could be an error from the inspector's infrared sensor.

They are very busy and appt set for four weeks out, but they had a cancellation and were able to get to us earlier. Technician Jerry showed up on time (a rarity for service companies in our experience) and was both friendly and professional. I would recommend them and use them again if I had a problem.

American Leak Detection came out February of 2021 and did a helium pressure test that indicated leaks in the grout of both skimmers in the underground pool. It took 20 minutes and the charge was $350. A week later they did the repair by chipping out some grout and re-applying. It took 30min and charge was $475. A year and 3 months later when the swim season started, I noticed pretty big drops in the pool level where I had to add water back every 2 days. Probably the leak had been going on for some time when I noticed. I called and they said I was 3 months out of warranty and there was no leeway. Their price for detection had gone up to $450 so I'm out $825 for a repair that lasted barely over one year. They clearly don't stand behind their product.
