Thank you American Leak Detection for ""saving the day."" Greg, crew and staff are top-notch professionals. Greg responded to my emergency slab leak within an hour. Skillfully, he was able to determine that I had more than one leak and exactly where they were. I called the office and was able to schedule my plumbing repair with American Leak Detection within a few days. The repair was completed by Greg and his crew and the work area was left clean. No clean-up for me. You can't do better than that. Rachel Garrett, Moorpark, Ca

Outstanding customer service! As a franchise business owner of 12 years, I go the extra mile for my customers. It's how I stay in business. Danny was knowledgeable, courteous and just amazing in helping us with our pool problem. Honest and upfront. Very recommended.

My house had a slab leak recently. I worked with a few plumbers and leak checkers. I know American Leak Detection only after a leak detector messed up and the insurance company recommended them. Their leak detection is effective and quick. Also, they suggested a by pass solution through the attic instead of open the concrete slab as others did. It is cheaper and has much less impact to the house. It took about 2 hours for him to fix it. Greg is very careful, professional, and willing to explain the details. Now it is perfectly fixed and I am full satisfied with the work.
The only complaint I have is that they are very busy and it takes a couple of weeks for me to schedule the repair. My leak is minor and it is worth the wait. In addition, you need to distinguish them from other offices under the same franchise ""American Leak Detection.""

My wet carpet was my first experience with leaking plumbing water . There was no obvious source of the water.
Specialist Greg Seefeldt was quick to respond to my situation. He used his specialized electronic equipment and quickly advised of a ""slab leak."" The words I was not happy to hear. I anticipated a process of jack hammering the slab with days of no water, noise and dirty repairs.
Greg identified the location of the leak and discussed the repair options available. I selected the repair that minimized the time without water and the least additional damage to the home.
Greg is a professional specialist. He is skilled in the use of leak detection equipment and options to repair the plumbing system.
I will use American Leak Detection and Greg Seefeldt again and recommend them to my family and friends.
Good job, Greg!!!

This is an outstanding company. Led by Fritz, who has helped us on two different occasions, they accomplish challenging tasks in a cooperatively reliable and friendly manner. Their office staff is intelligent and helpful with the variable requests relating to scheduling obscure leak detection, and Fritz is superbly capable and diligent as he scouts the property for underground leaks. His latest work for us found a 10-20 gallon/hr. leak at least two feet underground from a crack in a 1 1/2"" pipe, the repair of which has dropped the hourly leakage to negligible (and hopefully reducing our water bill soon).
I would hire them again if any future leaks occur.

A pipe under the slab of this house developed a running water sound.
I called and was answered by a nice, knowledgeable, courteous young lady. She patiently answered my many questions. We scheduled a day and time for a technician visit.
On the day, tech called several hours prior to the appointment to let me know he was running behind and offered a slightly later time. I appreciated the advance notice. He arrived at the new time and answered all my questions. He then got right to work and an hour later we had a diagnosis.
They ask for email address during the initial call because they bill and estimate by way of email.
Am pleased with the customer service extended to me by the receptionist and the tech.
Thank you!

We had a leak in our house, really no idea on what to do. I called American Leak Detection. They had Greg come out the next day. Greg came in and told me what my problem was, made a couple of suggestions and explained everything so I can understand what was happening. I decided to have Greg fix the leak. He was able to come out the next day and repair it. Greg came out twice and each time called me prior to his arrival so I can leave work and meet him.
If you have a similar problem, I would highly recommended Greg. He was very professional, patient with all my questions and most of all, showed up when he said he would! All very good signs that I went with the right guy.
Thanks so much Greg. My family really appreciates everything you did.

This is the company to call. Leak detection companies are notorious, so let me save you the pain. The first contractor I tried (highly rated on Yelp) spent three full days here, with three people. No leak found, giant holes left all over our yard, unearthed irrigation boxes, followed by abandonment of the failed project.
I then called American Leak Detection, who sent Fritz over. In less than two hours he located the exact spot where our leak was. Our yard is not small, either. No trashing the yard, just a lot of skill. It was amazing to watch him work. I wish all contractors were like this.

I had had a slab leak years ago and was told by my insurance company to call American Leak Detection first before calling a plumber. Fritz came out and pinpointed the leak under the concrete slab to within an inch, I was impressed. Fast forward to this year and I had a leaking hot water pipe just under my water heater going into the concrete slab. My first call was to American Leak Detection and this time Wes came out and had the leak and lines mapped out in less than 15 minutes. Wes came out to do an extensive repair of by passing and isolating the old line. Wes was very professional, quick and would answer any question that I had and they came in with a very competitive bid which all was great and worked out well. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection.

Fritz is a master at locating slab leaks. I watched him map out all the water lines in my mothers house using various pieces of high tech equipment. When he was confident he found the leak, he marked the spot with red tape. He sent out a nice young man named Wes the next day, and the leak was exactly where he marked it. Wes made the repairs and filled in the hole with cement, the job took about 3 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Fritz, the repair guys, and the office staff are very friendly. 5 STARS!!
