Water level on our pool was going down faster than usual. I immediately thought the worse as we did have a leak at one time in our waterfall. Our pool cleaning service recommended American Leak Detection. Zack came out and went to work with his equipment to source the problem. Fortunately, there was no leak! I learned that we have been filling the pool with too much water not allowing the skimmer to work properly. Who knew?. He also found a couple of other areas that in the future will need to be addressed. Zack was very knowledgeable and professional. All in all, great outcome and more than anything, peace of mind.

I have been frustrated with a leak in my spa. Neil came out to my house and helped fix the situation in no time! My husband and I are beyond thankful to Neil. Neil was very knowledgeable about his craft. We learned a lot about our spa and pool. I feel like the prices are fair. The company is fast in sending a tech out. Neil(our tech) was friendly, communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable about pools and spas. Definitely would recommend to others!

I hate writing a bad review but when I asked them to come out and detect a leak in my pool it took four trips and over $1000. They still did not fix the leak. I let my pool sit over the winter and found the leak myself in the light conduit. Puttied the obvious hole and now no leak. I called them back and asked several times to speak with the owner of the company and was denied. Horrible customer service. I was told to contact an engineer for my leak problem. I'm not sure what this company does but they can't detect leaks

Very happy with this company. Able to get an appt quickly and Neal was absolutely on time, called to let me know his exact arrival time. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing and why. He also wore his mask and used booties when he needed to come into the house. My 6 month quest to figure out what was leaking finally came to an end ... Hooray!

Showed up early. Diagnosed the issue in hours. Said the job would take 2 days and they got it done in 1. Chill guy with a good attitude did my job and didn't mind my dogs bugging the heck out of him. Would use again.

Very knowledgeable, kind and personable, and we felt listened to. He spent his time talking with us, taking the time to ensure us newbie homeowners understood the process for moving forward with next steps to remedy our water damage/mysterious leak. My pool is leaking for long time. Got a few companies to come out and finally landed with them. Very professional work. Price is fair. Honest. They know where the problem is with great precision. Very happy with workmanship of Neal. Great work. When he left after the job was done, the whole work area is back to original status as if nothing ever happened ( without leaking) thumbs up for Neal

We had them come out and check our pool for leaks and charged us $500 for the test. They came out and said they found a leak in the skimmer and charged us another $500 to fix the leak. 5 months later and our pool is still leaking at the same rate. We called them to tell them they didn't fix the problem and they told us they are going to charge us $195/hr to come back out. I wouldn't recommend this company. They don't stand by their work. Look elsewhere.
