Very Happy, I filled the pool and checked the water level the next day (day after the repair) and it was at the exact same level as the night before, zero leaking! I was losing 4-5"" of water a day up to 12-15"" before it would stop. Thanks to American Leak Detection (Ivan and Greg) we will be enjoying our pool this summer. Already took a dip yesterday!

I had a bit of an emergency this morning with my pool. I was referred to American Leak Detectiom. They sais they wouls send someone out. Zac got here in minutes and saved the day. I trusted what he said and he got the job done quickly. I will definitelt use them again

I love American Leak Detection! I had a spa leak issue that I could not figure out. My spa is connected to and sits above the pool. Everyday it was leaking down about half way once the equipment turned off. I called Monte and he was super helpful. I let him know what I had done to correct he issue which slowed down the leak but didn't stop it. He asked me a few questions and was able to direct me to the fix. He did so on the phone with no service charge. In my book, that is the highest level of service. He could have come out and spent some time tinkering around my pool and spa and then charged my a hefty fee...No, not American Leak Detection. I would highly recommend Monte and his team of leak detectors to help you resolve your leak issues.

My appt. was at 8:00 am. 8:20 I call the office and the gal in the office says...well, we usually give a 2 hour window. Well, had I known that in advance, I could have scheduled to be away from work longer. She says he's on my street. Then I get a call from the tech 5 mins later saying he's still 10 mins out. I call the office back to say I'm not comfortable doing business with a company that can't get a tech there on time. She did not humble herself to say she was sorry once. I just cancelled it. Too much competition to spend good money on a company that does not take pride in customer service.

After a month and a half of screwing around with another plumbing company that could not find the problem, but could find my wallet, they (Bxxxxx) suggested I call American Leak Detection. Between working with Steve who found the leak under the concrete slab, and Neal, who jackhammered the concrete and fixed the pipe, then filled in the hole and cemented it in, I am thoroughly pleased with American Leak Detection.

They called ahead and confirmed the appointment, arrived on time, explained the work they were going to do and then did it in a timely manner. Wish I had called them first.

This is the first Yelp post ever. I have a leak in my pool and contacted American Leak Detection. A tech came out to assess for $350. They claimed that I had a leak in my pool skimmer neck. I then spent $500 to have them chip out some tile and re-plaster a section around the skimmer neck. My pool was still leaking a tremendous amount of water. They sent out another tech who was able to identify my leak in a pipe that controls a waterfall feature. Beings I am $850 in on a repair that I now question whether or not I needed to spend the $500, I thought that the pipe repair might be credited. The answer is nope. They offered me a $50 credit and now want to charge between $1200-$1400 to repair a pipe and a Jandy valve. Save your money and go elsewhere for pool repair. They did find my leak after the 3rd visit. Just insane what they want to charge for repairs.

Paul was amazing!

Let me start by saying that I really don't know much about detecting leaks, but considering the various causes in our situation, I was so impressed with Paul's work!

We had been dealing with a leak in our window and found mold on our baseboard. Paul was called out to take a look. He was not the first person to look at our home, so we were expecting that he would tell us the same thing the other 3 people did.. boy was I wrong! Not only did Paul find out that we had a leaking pipe IN OUR WALL, he also subsequently saved us from what could have been a very expensive mold problem and wild goose chase. He is a true professional and clearly knows what he is doing!

Paul, you are awesome! We are on our way to having our issue handled, and appreciate your quick and thorough detection!

Paul did a thorough analysis of my pool and spa system yesterday and determined that I do not have a broken pipe. He did a few adjustments and we are now watching to see if I lose any more water. This morning, water level looks good! Paul is professional and gave me his cell phone number to give him updates.

I am impressed that he has 10 years of experience and even trains new technicians. Paul's customer service is exceptional and this company is lucky to have him.

I have a water leak under the ground that a plumber could see. So I contacted American Leak Detection to locate the leak. A technician came out and walked around the property. He recommended to change the irrigation valves before he could have the accurate reading and the total cost was $475.00. After the valves were fixed, I called them again to tell them that the water meter still spinning. They want another $275 to test it again when the contract stated :

""GUARANTEE: Leak detection work is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of completion. We will retest the system (at no cost up to the original allotted time) or refund the fee (at our sole option), if it is reported within the 30 day period, if a leak still exists.""

I called me another plumber and he diagnosed that the main line is rusted without using high tech device and would need to replace the whole waterline. He also would guarantees that if there is still a leak, he would not charge me at all.

Meanwhile, American Leak Detection did not help me anything, but only cost me more. It is a scam and does not stand by what they guarantee. What a waste of time and money.
