I had a pretty sizable leak somewhere in my in-ground spa. I had a compant come out and they couldn't find it. A couple months later my water billed tripled so I got a recommendation for American Leak Detection. They came over 30 minutes after I called, explained their prices and went to work. They found the leak in about an hour after being in the freezing water for half that time. They're not the cheapest, but then you get what you pay for. The invoice is done digitally by email and when I received it, it didn't show the payment by check I made the day of service. I emailed the company and within 30 minutes I had the answer why. They send the ""paid"" invoice when the check clears. Great customer service for me!

We highly recommend American Leak for your leak detection needs. They were professional from the moment the scheduling office was contacted to the research by the leak detection specialist to the repairs made by plumbing technicians. Ron and Luis, their plumbing repair technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and completed the plumbing repairs with efficiency and expertise. They utilized a plumbing repair technique that kept the drywall damage to a bear minimum. For that we are very grateful. American Leak Detection was recommended by our insurance company and now we recommend them too.

This company is great! The leak specialist David came out and was absolutely great. He explained everything he was doing step by step and showed me how he would know if there was a leak. Once he found where the leak was coming from he showed me so I would have no doubt I had a leak. As a woman I am always concerned about getting people that are honest when I need something done to my home. I felt for sure David was someone I could trust. The cost for the repair I needed was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to first start of by saying my home was completely soaked with water on the floors of my interior, my concern was I did not know where the water was coming from, (if happened after the super heavy rains we had this past winter) so my neighbor who discovered this un-forseen nightmare quickly told me to call American Leak Detection because she had used them in the past and she graciously explained how amazing this company was...so without delay I phoned and I was happy to hear that Miriam picked up the phone, I could understand her perfectly and she listened to my concern and assured me that she would have someone out promptly to investigate my unpleasant issue. Within a day a gentleman showed up named Shane showed up and greeted himself and began to investigate the cause of the water intrusion. He checked the Roof, pluming pressure, out city water pressure for my home and all these items checked out to be ok, (so now I am really confused) a complete inspection and no detection of water entry. Shane's findings were good to the point that we had no internal issues with the pluming or roofing (which by the way because of this water I had the roofer's come out twice prior to American Leak Detection's arrival because I thought the water was coming from my roof) of course the roofing company charged me a fee for (so call fixing my roof, which I was told by the roof inspectors prior to buying home that the roof was ok). So frustrated with not knowing where this problem was originating from I once again called American Leak Detection and asked if I can have a more senior inspector come out and perhaps may have additional insight to the situation. American Leak Detection was so professional and understanding to my unpleasant and confusing problem they responded promptly and sent out a gentleman name Leon (who was completely wonderful) Leon with the permission of our neighbors went and investigated the joint wall connecting my property to my next door neighbor and his findings were that the SLAB of my neighbors home sits higher than my slab (causing water to drain from next door INTO my home causing flooding and water damage. I was so happy that American Leak Detection sent Leon out to do an additional investigation, it proves a second option is always advised, thank you for helping us find the cause of our un invited issue. I would recommend American Leak Detection to anyone experiencing issue with Leaks, no matter what the origin. If you call, expect to be greeted with a warm and welcome hello from either Veronica or Miriam two amazing and people who believe in providing the best customer service possible. This company (American Leak Detection) just rescheduled for a second time. It has been almost a full month since I initially phoned them. They require paperwork to be signed, but don't seem to be able to live up to their appointment obligations. They were a serious waste of time.

The tech's equipment was either not working or he did not know how to use it. He started cutting numerous holes in my drywall in the powder room and the garage looking for the pipes.
He was going to tear up the wood floors and slab. It the hot water manifold was 10' away in another wall.
Two plumbers told me he was wrong.
I brought in another leak detector who found everything we needed in minutes.
No floors were needed to be ruined.
The plumber said only one hole was needed.
I have had delay after delay in getting the company to compensate me for the cost of the poor work and the drywall repair for the unnecessary holes.

I have been very impressed with American Leak Detection. They came out to our commercial property in the Inland Empire. I want to compliment Cody and his team for working hard on the leak tracing, the follow-up repair, and the additional followup repair. Property management appreciated their attention to detail and help with trouble shooting a very complicated situation. Did I also mention it was one of the hottest days of the year and this was all outside? Not one complaint to us, they understood this was a time sensitive repair and it had to be accomplished as quickly as possible for the overall property/tenants. I highly recommend them to anyone, including the office staff who were always efficient and answered every question posed to them.
