Service was promptly provided, and their service representative called me to tell me he was enroute to my home. Jimmy Padilla, their representative was professional and very thorough. He also communicated with me as he progressed throughout his leak inspection, and provided me with a detailed report with photos. When we suspected a slab week the week of Thanksgiving, American Leak Detection was the only one of five companies we called who could come out the same day. Manuel arrived promptly, and confirmed that we did in fact have a hot water slab leak. He provided a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by pictures of the leak. After explaining the options to us to repair the leak, we chose to have our hot water connection repiped with Pex piping in the walls. We were provided with an estimate which we felt was reasonable, and the work was performed the same week. Manuel was professional and courteous, and we would use American Leak Detection again.

Jacob was very helpful with our pool leak test. Since I wasn't familiar with the leak detection process, he walked me through the various test procedures for the pool, spa and water features, then he discussed the results of the tests, which pointed to cracks in the artificial rock features around the waterfall. He then sent his report with a more detailed explanation of the findings, which I'll be able to take to a specialist to repair the rock features.

Abel came out and did a great job locating my leak. He checked my pool and water line to the pool. It took over two hours for him to locate and mark the spot. It wasn't any easy find. He used several techniques to locate the leak in my auto fill line.

Very deceptive and sneaky! When you call to get a quote they tell you it's $200 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. It took them around 30 minutes to find the leak. We paid $400! Just tell people it's $400 instead of being deceptive and wording your quotes this way! I am very disappointed and hope you guys do a better job on how you treat and speak to customers.

Everything discussed was completed by Osa. He went right to work upon arrival, making sure to protect the floors, cabinets, etc throughout the house where the leak was. He explained and also showed me what was causing the issue (hose/pipe had leak damage) and how he repaired/fixed the leak. He then covered the opening created to repair the and cleaned up the work area before he left.
