Shari, who has a business administration degree, handles all financial and legal responsibilities. She also serves on the Franchise Advisory Committee for the global ALD franchise network. Matthew, a past President of the Southern Oregon AWWA subsection, is involved with ORWARN and has received specialized training in leak detection and infrared technology. The Botermans have been recognized with various awards for excellence in customer service and remarkable performance.
