Shari holds a degree in business administration and manages all financial and legal aspects. Additionally, she is a member of the Franchise Advisory Committee for the worldwide ALD franchise network. Matthew has served as President of the Southern Oregon AWWA subsection, is part of ORWARN, and has completed specialized training in leak detection and infrared technology. The Botermans have been recognized with various awards for excellence in customer service and remarkable performance.
