Honest reliable and fast! Very pleased!!! I will not use anyone else and here is why: I had purchased a home in Fontana 6 months ago and noticed my hot water heater has been leaking all over my garage... American Leak Detection came out and noticed my hot water heater was still under warranty and they went through all the trouble to take it down for me and go exchange it with the manufacturer for me... saving me all the time, trouble and effort... you gotta' ask youself... ""Who does that nowadays?"" I think they are amazing... Cody did a fantastic job... trust me it is hard to find a company like this... they called and let me know they were on their way I mean they were straight on point... there are lots of companies but this one actually took the initiative to go the extra mile without having me to ask... they voluntarily helped me... I had no idea the hot water heater was still under warranty they are the ones that let me know that... another company wanted to charge me $2,100 to replace it... American Leak Detection did everything for about $450 bucks and I got a brand new water heater... they saved me $1,650... I don't know about you, but that goes a long way in my book!

These guys were so nice. I did shop around and they were middle of the road as far as pricing but with the companies who quoted me cheaper they were pre paring me for the up sale. With them I just felt they were honest and did not make a mess. It was very stressful for me and I appreciate that I felt they were being honest. I don't feel that way very often and I'm a single women. I don't give out 5 stars very often.

This is an A+ company in my eyes. I called last week and spoke to an ever friendly and knowledgeable woman named Barbra. I told her my suspicions of a leak I may have and she walked me through the steps I needed to determine if it really was a leak. Unfortunately it was so she quickly made an appointment for the guys to come out at inspect. I had Jim and Matt come out. Very professional and courteous. Found the leak and suggested what my options would be. They didn't hassle me or pressure me. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. They even unfroze an outdoor pipe I don't even know I had. My brother used this company to find a water leak. He said this company and the employees are amazing! Prompt, professional and very knowledge. They found the leak, he made the appointment for them to come out and do the repair. Honestly you couldn't tell where they cut the walls ,not a trace that any repair had been done. I highly recommend this company customer service was amazing! He lives in Walnut and is so happy with this company.

The best service, very considerate of your time, very professional and down to the point. they honor their word and do the job with integrity. I highly recommend these guys especially Mr. Chris G. to all of my family and friends. I mean this guy is a gentleman and a pro. if there was 10 stars plus on yelp I would even do that. prices are super fair, found the leak promised to come back during his busy day to advise on what to do next, I thought to myself here we go, he is going to be another one of those fake guys that will not show up again, boy was I ever wrong, this man came back and did what he is supposed to do and was very respectful and kind. charged me exactly what they asked for and not a penny more. you guys are awesome and I will definitely hire you for any other plumbing job no questioned asked. it is people like you Mr. Chris that keep us consumers rested assure that we won't be taking advantage of.

Professional, punctual, courteous, what else can you ask? Highly recommended! Melissa made sure to give me courtesy calls prior to the inspection date and rescheduled accordingly when rain was forecast. Jim Horstmeyer showed up on time, covered every area methodically and applied a courtesy repair. Professionalism at its best!

Fantastic Company ! The receptionist was so nice, and professional, she took my information and set up my appointment quickly. Jim and Nick came out right on time and had my slab leak found and explained to me the best way to fix it, in under an hour. I set up the appointment with them right there to make the repairs. Again, Jim and Nick came out right on time and had my leak fixed, pipe rerouted and they even replaced the hot and cold valve under my kitchen sink ! The leak under the sink was just something I talked to them about after I had made the appointment for the slab redo. They had all of this done in two hours ! ! ! And to top it off Jim said because it didn't take as long as he first thought he lowered the price ! LOVE THESE GUYS. They were professional, caring, and friendly. They left my place all cleaned up and even offered to put my cleaning products back under the sink for me !

Great service. They came out quickly for a leaking water main. Water was bubbling out of the ground. Jim was prompt, professional and found/ fixed the problem on the spot. No extra billing time was required. Just the service call fee.
