Raheb got back to me quickly. Needed a new thermocouple for my hot water heater. He went and got the part and I had hot water a few hours later. He made sure to check for gas leaks after his work was done. I had a good conversation with him while I observed his work too. Call him.... He will give you an honest quote and he does good work.

The gentleman who answered the phone when I called American Home Plumbing Service informed me that his equipment was broken and referred me to someone he said he knew and trusted named Gary. When I called Gary and asked for an in home estimate he said that plumbers do not usually offer that - which from my frantic research over the last 2 days I know to be untrue, but he said he could see what he could do so when I asked him when he might be able to come check out the problem he said to text my address and he'll try to get to me on his way home. When I pressed him for a time so that I am not waiting on standby all day, I also let him know I have others giving estimates today too because I have never needed plumbing work done, and needed to know what a fair price was. He flat out declined to work with me stating that he ""doesn't work on top of other plumbers"". Obviously I don't need two plumbers at the same time, but I am certainly not going to let myself get taken advantage of so I WILL price shop, I am allowed that. But apparently that worried him - so, good thing I dodged that bullet. Bad referral, and bad treatment, and sadly it reflects poorly on this company for referring me.

After calling late morning Raheb was at my door by early afternoon. He did a complete re-plumb of my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He used high quality materials and eliminated a lot of excess piping under the sink that 3 prior plumbers never were able to do correctly. He was quick, efficient and friendly - not to mention extremely affordable. Will definitely use him in the future and will refer our friends.

What can I possibly say that other customers haven't? I respect businesses who actually care about customer service - Raheb definitely goes above and beyond! After contacting him via Yelp messenger, I received an immediate response. So after explaining my Hot water tank issues, Raheb responded quickly with my estimate along with an arrival time if I decided patronize his services.

An early morning phone call to AHP Service and we had our drain unclogged within two hours. Great personnel and thankful for the prompt response. Will call again if need be in the future.
