Don't even waste your time with anybody else, don't try to fix it yourself after watching a few YouTube videos, just call Raheb at American Home Plumbing Service. I'm so glad we did, he's a life saver! Our shower knob started leaking water and it flooded down into another condos garage storage area, it was a disaster. Raheb was able to come out shortly after we called, he was extremely professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were back in business in no time, and for literally thousands of dollars less than some of these other ""top 10 plumbers on yelp in San Jose, CA"" wanted to charge us. Seriously, don't waste your time with anybody else, we just found the best plumber ever. You wont be disappointed. I wish I could give a 10 star rating and I will go out of my way to recommend him to everyone I know.

Raheb's work is QUALITY.

He came out on Christmas eve day, my water heater would not stay lit, I had a house full of people coming over for dinner, disaster, right? Nope. He came out within the hour then had GE ship me a replacement part since the water heater was still under warranty. He repaired it replacing the thermal coupler and followed up. He is very professional and knows his stuff. He is METICULOUS and precise with his work. OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend him

This is kind of too bad. Reading the reviews makes someone think that kind of experience is what to expect. I guess I would give this company more slack if it didn't advertise that it gives ""100% response time within 1 hour."" See, I haven't even gotten that far.

I went to their website, filled out a request for quote form (because it isn't an emergency) on Monday afternoon. Waited. Called them Wednesday afternoon at 1:20pm because it's not an emergency but I am trying to get a quote, and left a voice message with all the details I put in my request on their Contact Form - and mentioning in the voice message that I filled out the Quote Request on Monday. Today is Friday. Nothing. No, it's not an emergency. But four days to still not reply to a request for quote when they advertise what they do is what is disappointing. I don't doubt the great reviews from other people, and I am a pretty patient and understanding person, and maybe it's just unlucky; but to advertise the response rate the way they do is disappointing, something people should hear about, and reason for the one star. They might notice that.

Completely satisfied with service provided. 1 hour response. Relatively complicated fix was provided quickly. Price was not low, but I believe it was reasonable. I expected to pay much more.
No doubt will call this guy again if I need similar work.

A good Professional service. Raheb came to our house within 30 minutes of our call. Knowledgeable. Flexible. We have a running toilet which we almost fixed by replacing the part. It just needed tightening and he was upfront about it that we fixed it ourselves and he just tightened it. Will definitely call them for any plumbing service we need in future.

I have a 50 year old house with the original galvanized plumbing. I had no idea what was wrong and Raheb understood my disjointed explanation of the problem. We had a leak in the garage and called Raheb. He promptly returned my call and came the same day unlike several other companies that I called, who didn't even return my call. Once at the location, he quickly figured out the root of the problem. Since it was a simple rubber pipe from a water softner getting loose kind of issue he was kind enough not to charge us for the visit. Afterwards he did a quick scan for other potential issues and reassured us that we are leak free in the garage! We will definitely be using his services in the future!!

Fantastic Service.
Raheb was extremely Profession and Personable.
Water was gushing from our side of the water meter. We managed to turn the water off at the meter and called American Home Plumbing Service. Raheb was here within a few hours and had our water back on.

Great service! We are selling a condo and our disposal went out so we needed a speedy fix. Raheb responded the same day that we called him. He was courteous and professional. He determined that the disposal only needed a quick wrenching and good as new! He wouldn't take any money for the task and that really told me what a great guy he is.
