Worst experience. If I can give a minus 10, I would. They were assigned by First American Home Warranty. Linda, the scheduler made the appointment but the tech didnt show up. The following day at about 6pm, she called asking me if the technician could still come in the evening and I agreed but he never showed up. When he finally came out to fix the faucet in the tub that
was leaking intermittently, my faucet ended up leaking hot water continuously! He told me the valve needs to be replaced. He did not come back till after 10 days, ignoring all my calls and messages, all the time water was leaking profusely. When the technician arrived, he found out he did not have the valve in his box. Because I was leaving the following day for 1 month, I allowed him to use the new kit I bought for my other tub and was promised that I was going to get reimbursed. I gave the proof of purchase and Alex the owner authorized it with the promise that my check will be mailed. The check never arrived but they told Sarah from the President's office of First Am that it was mailed. I still have to receive it. DON'T USE THEM!!!

Contacted my home warranty regarding a leak. They sent American Classic Plumbing. Alex called me and explained what I should expect when his worker arrived. Derek (Alex son) arrived. He was very respectful and professional. Worked with me and helped me through the process. The leak led to bigger issues and Derek contacted the correct people so I can get my issue fix! Professionalism is key in any business. This company has it. Definitely recommend.

I was referred to American Classic Plumbing by a friend. I called and spoke with Alex, and after explaining my problem he assured me he would have someone come and see me that same afternoon. Brian came out and was extremely professional and patient with me. He explained the entire process step by step and put me at ease. I was more than satisfied with the job Brian did.

I called American Classic Plumbing and spoke to Alex and explained my problem. He sent Omar the same day. The leak in the back yard was fixed that same day. I was so impressed by Omar's excellent work and professionalism, I asked him to give me an estimate on replacing the 3 toilets in our home. He gave me an estimate that day before he left and came back the next day and replaced all 3 toilets with highly rated toilets. I love them. Omar was organized, neat and so fast. He exceeded all of my expectations. I thought the whole day would be a challenge and did not know what to expect. He put together the toilets in our garage and had all three out and then replaced in no time. I asked him to choose the toilets since he is the professional and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend American Classic Plumbing. Omar is an asset to their business.

I recently bought a home and less than two months into having moved in, my kitchen flooded. American Classic Plumbing was referred to me buy my home insurance company to fix what caused the problem. Bryan came out on two occasions. Once to fix the piping under the sink and a second time to replace old cast iron piping under the slab of the house. He did a great job and was very friendly. I recommend American Classic Pluming.

My home warranty sent out a plumber to fix a slab leak and they were unable to find the problem. I then called and complained they then sent American classic plumbing. Alex came out the same day and found the problem immediately. He sent Bryan out to do the repairs. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. American Classic Plumbing was who my home warranty company dispatched to come out and look at our toilet issues. We had two 9 year old toilets from Home Depot that wouldn't stop running. We tried fixing them ourselves but had little luck. Alex came out and determined that the replacement parts were no longer available as the toilets were outdated and are not manufactured anymore. He recommended replacement and found out that we also needed new valves (which I heard if the valves break they can cause a flood in your home, so we are super grateful he found that issue as well). Alex worked with the home warranty to get us the new toilets we wanted (they are BEAUTIFUL) and he installed them wonderfully. I'm a little OCD so he spent some time making sure everything was perfectly aligned before he sealed them. I'm so happy with my new toilets and would highly recommend Alex for your plumbing needs. He's very personable and friendly too which made my experience so much better!!

I have an Old Republic Home Warranty policy and my water heater broke. They sent a plumber out to look at it and he said it needed replacing. My out of pocket cost was huge and I thought maybe it was the plumber charging too much. I have used American Classic before so I called them and their quote was much lower! So I told Old Republic to cash me out and I would get my own plumber to install. A few minutes later the Old Republic plumber called to say he would lower my cost! So, obviously, he was high balling me! I was very happy with American Classic, service and work was excellent! I've had them back to do a faucet as well. I'm a single woman and always worried about getting ripped off! I won't be renewing my policy with Old Republic either!!

Called Alex on Sunday morning with a plumbing problem at our rental property in Menifee. He went out within 2 hours and started working on the problem. Our tenant asked him if he could come back the next day (Memorial Day) as she had to leave. Alex returned the next morning and finished the job. His bill was very reasonable, especially since it was a holiday weekend.

Is there an option for zero stars? Seriously, avoid the headache, frustration and stress and hire ANYONE but these people.

My home warranty company assigned American Classic Plumbing (I'll refer to them as ACP) to come out and fix a problem with the water heater/hot water valve in my shower. I submitted the request and after two weeks ACP never called to schedule the appointment. So I called them and they never answer the phone. So I call the warranty company, who calls ACP and they said they never got the request. The warranty company called them again and got them to come out the next day. Okay fine, two weeks without a warm shower, but at least it will finally get fixed. Wrong.

They were scheduled to come out between 12-4.
4pm comes, no plumber. I call, no answer, voicemail full.
5pm comes, no plumber. I call again, no answer, voicemail full.
So I call the warranty company, who gets them to call me. I speak with Brandy the receptionist who assures me they're on their way.
6:30 comes, the guy FINALLY shows up. I show him where the problem is, and he tells me ""I don't know how to work on electric water heaters."" He tries to take pictures on his phone to send to Alex (who I assume is the owner), but he can't figure out how to use his phone. Meanwhile, he gets a text from Brandy, which I happened to see, that said ""where are you, customer is pissed!""

Well yes, Brandy, I'm a little ""pissed"" but given the circumstances of you never answering the phone or handling appointments and the tech being almost 3 hours late without any notice, I have every right to be a bit frustrated.

So the plumber continues to try to figure out his phone, and then takes a personal call while in my hallway for about 10 min before telling me he can't fix it, but Alex would call me the next day to get someone else who could.

Four days later, never heard from Alex. They are still not answering their phones and the voicemail is always full. Again I call the warranty company. They get in touch with them and ACP denies the whole situation but agrees to send someone out again.

Which brings me to today. They were supposed to come again between 1-4pm. No one showed up, no one answered the phone and the voicemails are still full. I called all 6 numbers I have for them and finally Brandy answered saying no one could be there until 7pm. I told her no I'm just going to find a different plumber, and all she said was OK and hung up the phone without even an apology.

Unless you're looking for a company who's rude, never answers the phone, is 3 hours late to every appointment, and has incompetent staff, then do yourself a favor and hire literally ANYONE else.
