The technician that came out is an absolute artist!!!

They fit me into their schedule ASAP for a broken water valve. Our house had no water because of the valve, when they were finished we had perfect water pressure and a brand new regulator/ ball valve to supply the house. Best of all no mess at all! American Classic Plumbing is definitely our Plumbing company from now on! I am so thankful that my home warranty company sent them to us to rectify my water heater leak/ replacement. Eric, Derek, Linda and David did such a great job. We had a temporary heater installed while the mitigation and restoration company fixed the platform and drywalls. American Classic Plumbing were available to come at different times of the day/night. Eric really put my mind at ease to reassure me that it will all be taken care of and I definitely take this word after all this quality work was completed. You won't regret their professionalism and knowledge. They also respond via text which I really appreciate because I always have my screaming little ones on the phone background. They are very courteous and friendly. If you are reading this and if you are on the fence about hiring a plumber...DO NOT HESITATE-- CALL AMERICAN CLASSIC PLUMBING!!! Alex, and his son Derek, are so responsive and professional. We needed same day service, once for a new toilet and another time, a kitchen faucet. They were able to come right out and honored their reasonable price even if the job required multiple trips to find the right appliance that fit. We will definitely call them again.

I was referred to this company by First National Warranty... first mistake! I had a sewer back up into my tub. I had been in my home for one month. The company came in to start the work starting 5-31-2019. I was not back into my home for five months.. delay after delay after delay. The workmanship and craftsmanship was awful. Every time I came to check on my new home there was another issue. So disappointing. They destroyed my entry closet which still does not close properly. The toilet was placed in the tub which removed the glaze ( the owner assured me that his employees would never do something like that.. I had pictures), front door dinged and chipped, banister replacement pathetic, mature tree removed and left to die, concrete work terrible and front yard not back filled properly or compacted. And all left by workers!! Will attach pictures if able. The owner had handyman come out and fix front door and banister. The cement was repaired and tub was reglazed. All that was fixed was dUe to workers damage. I spoke with Alex owner about front yard not being compacted or leveled properly and my fear of what would happen upon first rain fall. I was told by Alex it would be addressed . It never was and when the first rain came my yard had numerous pits through the area that had been dug up. I had to have someone come over to fill in. I was told on four different occasions by the receptionist the check was in the mail....never received!! Now it has rained again and I have more pits!! I was told it must be my yard.. absurd it was right where the drain plug is, which is now underground I was also told I would receive reimbursement for tree... never received. I was told by receptionist when I alerted her of my plans of writing a review that they had gone above and beyond... I was baffled by this due to the fact that everything that had to be repaired was due to their employees. As I explained to her if the company was unable to due the job properly then they should NEVER have excepted the job. They left me the homeowner with the responsibility to complete the job which is in my opinion poor business ethics.

Avoid this horrible company. The other negative reviews are right! They are lazy and rush the job. They also try to charge you way more then the average repair costs. Don't make the same mistake I made.

This company was contacted by home warranty company after an issue following a dishwasher installation. The problem was not the installation but the plumbing. It was late in the day and had resulted in having to turn off all water to house. A super disaster! Not only did American classic plumbing promptly respond to the call for service they stayed in constant contact with me The service person arrived as promised he assessed diagnosed the problem went for parts came back and actually fixed the problem completely in 10 to 15 minutes. Every single contact with this company was with a gracious cordial and caring person. When I mentioned it to the service person he said that's their culture. My response was you're lucky to work for this company! Highly recommend them.

Do not use these crooks! First of all, any company that would do warranty work for First American Home warranty have to be dishonest as well. First American pays their plumbing contractors $45 to install a new unit. So guess what American Classic does? They use the customers miserable predicament (no hot water) to price gauge them. $1,500 to install the new unit! We are talking unhooking three connections, hot water, cold water and gas and connecting them to the new unit. They no showed for their first appointment, then sent out the bosses son at 8pm. He stands there with a stupid look on his face and informs me that he knows nothing about Tankless water heaters. He literally just stands there doing nothing. So I finally suggested that we take the cover off so he can take a look. He says not necessary, they are just going to replace the unit. He then leaves without doing anything. This cost me $75. So do yourself a favor and find another honest plumbing company because these guys are nothing more the corrupt insurance hacks. I wouldn't let them plunge my toilet let alone install a new $1,200 water hea
