I would rate this company zero star if there's a choice. Hector was the technician the company sent to my house to fix the leaking problem. He reacted very fast and get things done quickly and went away. Later we found this ""speed"" and ""decisive"" was a nightmare. He came to our house and capped one of the cold water supply line, leaving a mess behind since he didn't realized his fast but rude repair damaged the other line's soldering, yes the lines are old can be fragile but later we found it's easy to check so he didn't actually did a plumber's due diligence. The damaged line (from the plumber's work) secretly leaked for a week before we found it. The dining room wood floor has all get wet from the bottom, and the dry wall at the pipe area. This caused thousand of dollars lost and we need to fix the mess by contractors. That's not the worst. When we called Hector to come back fix his fault and asked him why this leaked? His answer was just ""I have no idea"". He charged us another $400+ to fixed his own problem. When he left I have to manually check his result again to avoid further surprises. You know what, he really left another surprise. He damaged another line! Clear cut marks on the other line from his tools used, that area also start to leak. I'm truly mad and have to call him back to our house again. When he arrived, he refuse to admit he caused the problem and try to lie to us. When I asked why this originally good pipe has been cut so deep to leak, his answer again was ""I have no idea"". What a untrustworthy technician! At the end he was trying to take away the evidence (the damaged pipe) and named it "" I need to recycle the material"". I refused his ask and will keep this evidence forever for my lesson learn. Now I'm hiring contractors to repair and fix all the mess, at high cost. We will never use this plumber company again. I'll also warn you if you plan to hire this company, especially if you are going to work with Hector.

We found some water pooling at the based of our water heater, so we called AADP to take a look. William showed up on time, was very professional and courteous, and quickly found the problem. It wasn't a water heater leak, it was apparently a leak from the air conditioner component of our HVAC system. No charge!

August 28th, 2023. I had a main line at my house was backed up. I called several drain cleaning companies. These guys were the only ones that could respond that day. I had the Cleanout opened and ready to go for them. Their Tech showed up and tried to Snake it out. After 40 minutes the Tech could not clear the line. He said his machine had broken and he would come back with a different Snake or the parts to fix his Snake. i said okay.
He came back within the hour with another Tech and a different bigger Snake. They ran it for a good 40 more minutes. They both still could not clear the drain clog. They then wanted to, ""Jett"" the line with a High Pressure Water Machine for $ 600.00's. I told them no thanks. I then asked them on their Snakes why do they not use cutting/scrapping blades that Snakes are designed to use??? They said the Cables can sometimes bind up in the pipe. I said sure , only if you do not know how to operate your machine correctly. If the inside diameter of the pipe is 3 inches and the Cable is only 1/2 an inch in diameter how can it clean out the pipes clog? These people are not trained to use their equipment the way it was designed by the Manufactures of their equipment.
After they left my house I went to Home Depot. I rented a 1/2 inch 75 foot cabled Snake. 25 minutes later my clog was gone, the water was flowing. You see the Snakes they rent at Home Depot, have blades to cut through the obstruction the way the Manufacture's designed their tool. I used the 2 inch blade it worked as it should. They wasted 3 MAN HOURS, and it took me only 25 minutes. Seems the old saying is still true, ""If you want something done right, you better do it yourself. Total from Home Depot was $61.00's, and they were going to charge me $79.00's to clear the drain. You do the Math.

Hector replaced the cartridge in our primary bathroom tub/shower. The parts were hard to find (due to the age of of faucet) but he did locate them, completed the job and now everything is working properly.

Thank you Hector for coming out on a Saturday evening on very very little notice. Our water heater pipe was spewing out water and leaking in another area from poor fittings from another plumber. He was in and out (to include buying the materials) in around an hour. Impressive! I would highly recommend those company.
