I just wanted to comment on the great service we always receive from American Ally Plumbing out of Escondido. They are in great demand, but owner Anthony Hernandez somehow finds a way to fit us in.

We have had a challenging year in our ""New Luxury Condo"" in Downtown San Diego. There have been several plumbing issues to deal with. Our saving grace has been ""Super Hero Tech"" Ray Aguilar! He is prompt, polite and knows his craft! He flies in, fixes the problem quickly, and flies out. No extra ridiculous line item charges that we have experienced with another plumbing company used in our building (I will make a not so flattering review on them next).

With that all said, we highly recommend American Ally plumbing. If you don't use them, ""BEWARE"" and check your invoice line by line.

Had a plumbing emergency late at night...water heater flooding! Called this company and Jaden talked us through how to shut it off free of charge. Then he came out and took care of the bad heater and assessed the damage. Very helpful and professional!

Ray A. was absolutely amazing!! We had a clogged kitchen sink that started leaking water from below a sealed cabinet. He was very quick, helped us with a different problem and very fair. Excellent first experience with American Ally. I tried a DIY garden bib replacement today and ended up twisting the old bib off.

Knowing to cut my losses due to inexperience, I began calling plumbing companies knowing a Friday afternoon appointment before a holiday weekend was a stretch to hope for.

A company I had used in the past was unavailable. Another company could schedule me for their next available the next Tuesday.... which was unacceptable for this adventure since the water to the whole house was off.

My third call went to American Ally, and from the start it was a good experience. The girl who answered the call was nice and helpful, and able to get me an appointment the same day within a couple hours.

A short time later received a call from the plumber, Aaron, who asked if he could arrive early, which given the situation was more than welcome.

Aaron arrived and got right to business and had everything repaired in a short time. And to make a long story slightly longer, the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend, and will call again for future plumbing needs.
