Fred's the best! He helped us a few times at our home in Mira Mesa, including installing a new thermostat. I originally found American Ace Plumbing here on Yelp, and found him to be the most knowledgeable and reasonable, compared with other plumbers we had tried. Recently, we needed leaky valves replaced when our new washing machine was delivered to our current home in Poway. Fred came to the rescue. He also helped with our heater and faucet repairs during the same visit. Professional, efficient and honest work. Impressive!

In November, 2020, my furnace was not kicking out hot air. Called Fred on Tuesday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. A couple hours later on Tuesday, Fred called me - he was in the area and available, so he headed over. He identified the problem quickly, showed me how to do a quick look for future problems, then stuck around for 10 minutes to make sure the problem was solved. Perfect service!

Fred was available to respond on Sunday and my toilet tank strange noise, water level down and up problem were all fixed with the new flapper unexpectedly right away on Monday. Yes, I made a yelp account just to review Fred, who provides excellent and reliable service. And on top of that, his work is also very reasonably priced.

In our home, we had water hammer pipes. Several plumbers over the past few years have tried to diagnose and solve the issue, but couldn't find a solution. But this week Fred took a look at the pipes causing the problem, and in about an hour, fixed and stabilized the pipes causing the issue. The water hammering is now nearly nonexistent. I'm so grateful for Fred and his team's ability to quickly and efficiently address a problem. San Diego is lucky to have Fred doing great work here.
