Our AC fan outsode our house spinning on Friday afternoon. Fred was able to come over in a couple of hours and correctly diagnose the issue. He successfully did the repair the next day and the AC now works great.

Fred is also an amazing teacher who explains the AC mechanism in an easy to understand manner. I just felt after this experience that it was more than a transaction-

Fred is simply the best! I had a leak in a drain pipe and reached out to two other top rated plumbing companies in yelp. One of them never showed up. So I went ahead with the other one. They spent a whole day and still couldn't fix the leak and finally told me that this is not a job they can do and suggested using a tape to fix the leak! I reached out to Fred and he did his best to accommodate my job in his schedule the very next day. He clearly told me it's not going to be an easy job but was confident that he could get it done. And he got it done perfectly and on time! Highly recommend Fred and his crew!

Okay, so if I could give Fred six stars, I absolutely would. I called several plumbers regarding a leaky toilet on Thursday morning. None of them (including Fred) had any availability that day, but he had the earliest availability which was Friday between 4-6PM. He asked me to text him my address, which I did... except I accidentally texted the wrong number. (Sad trombone.)

I didn't figure this out until Friday at 5:45 PM. (The people who I *did* text neglected to let me know that I had the wrong number.) At that point I called Fred, explained what had happened, and he sweetly offered to come out on Saturday between 3-5. He also asked me to send him some photos of the leaky toilet.

He came right on time (shortly after three) and immediately diagnosed the problem. I told him that we're planning to remodel that bathroom and he said that we could either fix it or simply turn off the water to that toilet until we demo the bathroom. (We chose to do the latter.) He also gave us some advice on an unrelated issue which he spotted in the pictures that I had sent.

Despite our protests he refused to charge us a fee for the visit because he didn't fix anything. This is clearly a man who is invested in his work, takes a lot of pride in it, and knows his stuff. I will absolutely be contacting him for my plumbing needs in the future.

This is the business to call! Our upstairs AC unit kept tripping the breaker yesterday. I messaged them on Yelp last night and they replied early this morning. They were able to come out today to fix the AC unit due to a cancellation. Fred was professional, polite, and friendly. He showed me that the capacitor died. They replaced the capacitor and the unit runs perfectly again. Thank you, again!!

My home came with an older AC unit and furnace. I've relied on Fred and team to check on them every year and they've done a great job with maintenance and never trying to upsell me. While I'm glad my old units are still running without any issues, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them when it's time for replacements.
