Highly recommend Fred and his team. He called me back immediately regarding my urgent need to have an HVAC system installed before closing on my new residence about 4 months ago. He gave me a reasonable quote and installed the unit immediately to ensure escrow closed on time. Today I called Fred because I was having an issue with the AC coming on. The issue was not the unit but rather a drainage problem. The condensation from the AC units above me (I'm on the bottom floor) were draining down into my unit and backed up which was also tripping my unit to shut off due to the collection of water. He was able to temporarily clear the problem and ensure me that my unit was working properly. He then made a video explaining the issue so that I could show the association. He did not charge me for the troubleshooting and even checked back in with me this evening to make sure the drainage was resolved and the association had the pipe fastened and glued properly. He recommended that I get a drain leak detector since I'm on the bottom floor to help detect any leaks and potentially catch any flooding in the future. It's rare to get that kind of service and highly recommend that you contact him for any plumbing or HVAC issues. Thank you, Fred!

Last summer we had another company come out and the only option they gave us was to purchase a new unit for $7K for our downstairs. Had we not just bought a new unit for our rental home in Wildomar, we probably would have gotten suckered into it.

Yesterday we decided to call to beat the summer heats, and Art came right out. With a couple pounds of freon for both our units, and a new capacitor for the upstairs unit, we are ready for the summer heat, all for about $464.

I contacted American Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to have the hot and cold valves for my washer replaced since they were old and corroded. Fred contacted me promptly and we ended up texting back and forth with pictures of my valves and were able to schedule a date and time to complete the work and he was able to provide me with an estimate for the work. The day of the appointment, Fred was able to complete my work earlier because his previous job finished quicker than he expected. He arrived at the stated time and finished within 30 minutes.
