Francisco came out to our home today for a maintenance check. Francisco was on time, pleasant, happy person and knowledgeable. He was respectively to the fact we needed to be done by a certain time. Francisco was a gentleman to do our AC maintenance. Highly recommend him.

Our heater stopped working on Saturday and we called the contractor who installed our AC unit and they don't work on Saturday. I found American AC Plumbing and Frank R. arrived on time for the diagnostics work. He wearied shoe cover and kept his work clean. He figured out the issue and made our heating work.

American AC, Heating and Plumbing put a new HVAC system in back in August of 2023. They did a great job. Today, Evin and Jaime came to perform maintenance on the system. They were knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and wonderfully friendly. They told us everything they did. They had pictures of everything. It was a pleasure having them take care of our HVAC, water heater, and plumbing. Thank you so much!!!

To be fair they did finally send me the check after I posted my negative July review so they did make it right in the end. However, I only received responses whenever I posted a negative review, as I could not get calls back or any updates until I posted the review. So it's the last day of 2023 and I do still would not recommend them, but they did make good on their promise in the end after a lot of badgering them.

I bought the $129 Furnace Rejuvination promo from mail sent by American AC Heat Plumbing. Tech Alex Dominguez thoroughly explained the tasks he would be performing, the issues he found the recommendations he presented. I was very satisfied with the service he provided. I subscribed to the maintenance plan offered by American AC Heat Plumbing. However, I have some concerns about the invoice. While the offer included Double Money-Back Guarantee, the invoice says no guarantee. On the invoice, the Service Club Membership was missing services that were presented to me on the brochure (4pt water heater tuneup as against 5pt water heater tuneup plus the 10pt plumbing safety inspection is missing). Need to clarify this.
