We were first time customers and had Ramiro come out for standard maintenance. We needed a small repair while onsite. The price was very affordable. He and Alex were so detailed in their evaluation it left no doubt as to how our system operated and what was needed in the future. I highly recommend this company and specially Ramiro. We had a heating and air conditioning unit installed about 4 yrs ago. We have had routine maintenance as a part of the warranty. Today two awesome technicians came for the air conditioner. Alex and Romero were not only on time, but pleasant and entertaining!
They explained everything to me and made the necessary adjustments.
I offered them both a glass of ice water and I was so surprised to learn not all customers had done that. In this heat, they are on the roof, seriously folks, be considerate to the folks working to make sure you are cool in the summer and warm in the winter!!
Manners matter. Anyway, they were great and we are extremely pleased with the service we have received. Recommend American AC Heating!

Repair ducting in the attic. Eric G. and Scott arrived on time and ready to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and thoghtful at all times. They vacuumed up whatever had fallen from the vents. I'm very pleased with this company.

*Yearly Routine AC Maintenance
The technician Jerrod Mattson performed temperature checks and cleaned the outdoor fan and condenser fins. He also checked the evaporator coil and fan in the garage unit. He showed me the model of compressor saver American AC installs. Being an electronics and electrical engineer I used this information to purchase and install one myself. American AC yearly reminders and maintenance discounts are good value.
*Estimate for Upgrading 1"" Water Main
The technician Jaime Jara performed a complete inspection of the water service while gathering the information to estimate the cost of replacing approximately 50 feet of 1"" galvanized water line in the crawlspace from inlet to the hot water heater. I asked him many plumbing questions, and he answered them patiently and politely to my satisfaction. I am impressed with how well stocked the American AC vans are. I'm an experienced amateur plumber so if we decide not to take any of the American AC offers it's only because we decided to do the work ourselves.

The price for everything that was done besides just the hot water heater because of new regulations was incredibly Expensive! I should've done more research before agreeing to the final price. Won't do that again!
