All of our dealings with Ambient Edge have been outstanding, so I was not surprised that this one was uneventful. Donnie arrived about when he was supposed to, gave me some information, did his job, and left. He was very polite and courteous.

We interviewed 4 companies before we bought our new air handler and Ambient Edge won without question. Their prices and incentives were outstanding, the customer rep, the women in the office, and the techs are all professional and courteous (and fun). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new system or maintain the one they presently have. Great local company!

I was offered a special at home depot and was told that they will be contacting me. I NEVER received a call, voice mail or email. I called them today and they clamed that they called me. I looked at my call logs and listen to my voicemails and the NEVER called. Has anyone else experienced this? I was told a manager is unavailable.

my rooftop ac stopped working at the beginning of this summer so i called them and a service man came next morning...fixed it saying the blower fan froze up and he replaced it and its been working fine ever since. my house was built in 1995...29 years old !

Lou was super nice on the phone and Nick promptly arrived an hour or so later. This was on a Monday after a weekend of no A/C. Nick is an awesome, educated technician. He got my 43 year old roof A/C running in no time. I wouldn't call anyone else.

600 per hour for labor should be criminal... I had a very good knowledgeable tech come help me diagnose a problem, but to fix the problem was going to cost 600 per hour labor. This is absolutely ridiculous!

We had our air conditioners serviced today by Ambient Edge. The technician's name was Dylan. He showed up on time and was very polite. Not only did he do a great job but he took the time to explain to us what he was doing and why. Dylan also noticed that who ever installed our air conditioners put the wrong screws on the doors. This would have caused a lot of noise during the summer when we have it on full time. He replaced the screws for us. Great company. I highly recommend.

Do not waste your money poor workmanship by plumber
did not hook anthing up correctly under the kitchen sink had water everywhere then wouold not deduct what it cost to repairfrom invoice said I had to let them try to fix itt but why would I call the same people that screwed it up the first time just so they could come back and do the same thing no thank you

With payment to be made from My personal acct, they still Refused to come w/out speaking to my elderly landlord first. Since I am disabled due to an over 4cm brain tumor, I understand how exhausting a simple phone call can be, so we don't bother unless absolutely necessary. My retired Dad and boyfriend have done almost all repairs over the last 5+ yrs.
This was learned after listening to an unwanted 4 min speech about how wonderful they are, how much their business has grown in 15yrs, why they can charge such ""low"" prices, on and on...then being pushed with the grift of a ""VIP"" membership. Seriously.
All I wanted was for them to ""tune up"" my A/C before the 110+ degree summer hits. This has taken other companies in the past about 15-20min from arrival to departure and was gonna cost $80+tax. Instead, I have no appt, a headache, and am once again frustrated with how little compassion some businesses have for the disabled and the elderly.

I have had a service contract with Ambient Edge since 2018. The service, until recently, has been excellent. They were always on time for their appointments. I don't know what happened ... their service now stinks.

I had an appointment for yesterday, for them to come check my furnace for the winter (they normally come before summer, and before winter). We were home all day waiting for someone to show ... they postponed it, late in the afternoon, after we had wasted a day waiting for them. They were supposed to be here early this morning ... they showed up this afternoon, after they texted me at 1152; he showed up at 1222, walked up to the door, didn't even knock on the door, and then left, because he saw a note that was put out there at 1045. I know that he didn't knock because my video camera shows that he didn't knock, and I have two dogs who didn't even bark.

So, now I have to wait until the technician is done with another appointment in another town.

After this service, I will be cancelling my service agreement with Ambient Edge. I won't do business with a company that has no respect for my time. I am sure there are other companies out there that still provide excellent customer service.

By the way ... I had the same problem with them this past Spring; I gave them the benefit of the doubt back then; not now.

My A/C was not putting out cold air. I had called another company which came out and said they could not do the job but left the door open and the power handle laying outside the unit. Ambient air came out, addressed the problem correctly and fixed the unit. Michael Angelo was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Michael for fixing my A/C unit.
