I had call my home warranty company and Amazing plumbing was assigned. The then a tech came to my home and I showed him the issue with my showers.
He took a picture of both and told me he's going to Home Depo and ever returned or called us back,
The next day I called Amazing pluming to find out WHY
I never received a call back! Then after have a heated discussion with Theresa the manager I was told that the tech has to get authorization. So today I was charged my service fee and then I find out that Amazing pluming canceled my work order leaving me hanging in the wind. I can not give a Good comment on this company. They SUCK and be careful before you use them

Extremely incompetent, lazy, and liars. These folks were sent out by my home warranty company to fix a clog deep in my kitchen drain line. The first time they came out, they said the entire pipe running the length of my house had to be replaced, and that it couldn't be snaked because there were too many angles in my pipe. They of course didn't even attempt to try to snake it, just said that they couldn't do the work.

I went in and tried to snake it myself, and didn't have any issue, other than that the snake was too short to reach the clog. So I undid part of the pipe, which was very easily accessible, found the clog, and cleaned out the pipe myself - the whole process took less than 30 minutes.

The warranty folks sent them out again after I told them that this company didn't even attempt to do any work, to hydrojet of the line to ensure there wasn't anything residual in the line. After they came back again, the same technician said they couldn't hydrojet the line because they couldn't access it. I told them I was able to clean it out myself (as a non-professional) in just a few minutes, so they clearly should've been able to do it. Nope, he was unwilling to do the work. Later in the day, I got a call from the home warranty folks who said the technician told them that ""someone from home depot fixed the line"" and that they couldn't access it to do any repairs, nor did they need to.

These folks wasted my time, refused to do any work, and then lied to the home warranty company about their ability to do the repair, and about how it even was fixed. Absolute scammers - they make money every time they take one of these calls, but don't do any work.

Amazingly bad! Horrendous experience. Four visits and unable to diagnose or successfully repair a pilot light issue on a hot water heater. Unwilling to answer questions about technician's follow up with American Home Shield. I asked about the specific steps the technician took in dealing with AHS. Was told I needed to call AHS. I said my question was about steps taken by THEIR technician. I was told I needed, ""to get off of the phone."" That's an exact quote from a service provider to a question about their technician. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business!

These guys were awesome. I was hesitant because of the reviews here when my home warranty company assigned them. After making a claim with the warranty company, the quickly called and scheduled a date with a two hour window. On the day of the appointment/beginning of the appointment window, they sent me sent a text with a tracker so I knew exactly where they were/what time they would arrive.

Once at my home they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They diagnosed my problem and make adjustments to hold us over until the next appointment. My situation requires replacement parts & approval from the warranty company. They also fixed a minor plumbing problem for us.

I have rarely written negative review in my life. Please do not waste your time for this pluming services. The service (lack of service) is one the worst I experienced in my life. I hope you don't go through the same misery.
I wish there was a ""No star"" category that I could choose.

Have had no hot water for a day and a half. Home Warranty Company assigned them to us, and they were supposed to show up today between 10-12. Didn't show up, called AHS and they told me to wait until 3. My only day off I'm supposed to wait for someone that may or may not show up? I called their office, no answer, I called East Bay office and they said they couldn't help. Read Reviews and am not happy not only with plumber but with AHS. Bad deal, why not a local plumber, not one from more than an hour away!
