I had an awesome experience with AMAZING PLUMBING & ROOTER INC. I went thru my home warranty service American Home Shield. My tenants in Antioch contacted saying the water heater was leaking in the garage on July 2, 2017. Immediately I went online and opened a ticket to get a plumber out there to replace the water heater. This was all during the 4th of july , 2017 weekend. I had opened the ticket on July 2, 2017 on a Sunday and didn't expect someone to contact me until Monday. By Monday July 3, 2017 I called AMAZING PLUMBING & ROOTER INC and spoke to Brittany she said they could get a technician to come out to my home on July 5, 2017 to look at the issue between 10 am and 12pm. I let my tenants know that help was on the way . On july 5, 2017 Jesus came to the house and assessed the problems with minutes and even contacted American Home Shield to have them call me directly to get authorization for the repairs, which they called and everything was set to be done on July 6, 2017 evening. Jesus left me his personal cell on which I was able to text him which made my life easier since I was at work. He assured me he will have the heater by July 6, 2017 and will get it done no matter how long it takes since my tenants had no running water at all, due to the leak and valves issues. On the July 6, 2017 Jesus and Ignacio showed at 6pm during the window they told me and got started. Both of them worked very hard and quickly to get the water heater and valve issues resolved. By 8:03 pm he texted me pictures of the finished job and told me he was done. I was amazed how they both were able to handle everything so fast. I was very impressed. What I really liked about Jesus was that he kept me updated via texts since I wasn't at the house. That was very much appreciated. If you ever work with thse guys ask for Jesus and Ignacio you won't regret it.

I spoke with Brittanie this morning, & she worked it out for someone to come today. They were assigned by Old Republic Home Protection Company. I had not had the opportunity to work with Amazing Plumbing, & wasn't sure what to expect...

So far, so good! Brittanie was very professional, capable, friendly, knowledgeable, & patient. They even had nice music in the background... I look forward to meeting Jesus later today, & seeing the great results I'm anticipating.

Well, here's Part 2... Wow! I am even more impressed, having just met Jesus, who did such an excellent job today. They worked me in, though the schedule was really tight (July 4th tomorrow). Brittanie & Xavier had already set the tone with their great customer service. They were so caring, aware of my afternoon appts. & got the tech here ASAP, so I wouldn't miss my other commitments.

Jesus knew exactly what was needed & how to do it. He worked quickly, but so carefully. Jesus was professional, friendly, respectful, diligent, knowledgeable, & kind. He spoke very highly of the owner, Juan, & how committed his boss is to doing their best for their clients. What an amazing group of employees! I was made to feel so comfortable & had total confidence re: this company. I kinda wished we could just meet for lunch, as they all seemed genuine, & dedicated to helping people...I'm honored to have worked with Jesus; he truly brightened my day!

I wish more people would take the time to compliment honest, exceptional establishments like Amazing Plumbing. It seems folks are more inclined to complain/criticize about a problem or misunderstanding, but when such great service is performed fewer are likely to let it be known to others... It can be difficult to be patient & relaxed when plumbing is falling apart, & perhaps expectations aren't perfectly met, but I encourage others to give a shout out when it goes well.

I'm so grateful for what Amazing Plumbing did for me today! Thanks again...

Had Javier as my technician, very professional and polite! He came to try and fix my leak and wasn't able to. The toilet had to be replaced a couple days later, he came back and made sure he got it done quickly! Very happy with the work he did and I would definitely recommend him.

This was a very good plumbing company to work with. We set up an appointment with them and they were on time to complete all of the work. We are very pleased with there work.

This company was referred to us by our landlords. Our dishwasher was not draining properly. Saturday morning at 9am we get a knock on the door. The owner and company both neglected to call us and let us know someone was coming over. Two men from the company inspect the dishwasher and say they need to get a part. THEY NEVER CAME BACK! We called company and they said they would come Monday from 10-12. My husband takes the morning off of work to be home. No one calls or comes. By 1pm, my husband calls and they are running late and say they will be there 1-3. Again no one comes or calls. Our issue was never fixed. Don't use this company! Manager was no help when we tried to explain what happened. 0 stars is it was possible.

The people at this company (office & technicians ) are wonderful to work with. I just finished with several repairs and upgrades to my property and some was covered by insurance. This made the job more difficult for this company because of hours of phone calls checking coverage. Brittanie who is in the office has incredible patience and professionalism. She made a difficult situation tolerable by following through and paying attention to detail. The plumbers worked well past quitting time to finish all the work the same day. They did a perfect job working under extreme circumstances and are professionals I would call them again, anytime! Thank you! Amazing Plumbing really is AMAZING because of the people who work there!!!

Same complaint as others. Made appt week prior, said they would show between 9am-1pm today. They called saying we didn't answer the door, but they left their card. This cannot be true. WE HAVE THE BUzzER FROM HELL for a doorbell in a very very tiny apartment. We were in the living room, just feet from the front door. They could not have rang the bell nor knocked. And they had to be stealth-like coming up the stairway as we hear everyone before they get to our door. Then placed the card in the screen door and left, without knocking or ringing the buzzer. My guess: Late for some reason on an overbooked day, so did this ruse of making it look like ""we missed them."" Visit our apartment, see how small it is and how loud the bell. We did NOT miss them unless they wanted it that way. When I called and talked to the office, talked to Xavier, he said, ""They could not have lied because there were two of them."" Well, then, if there was my husband and there was me, that's two people, too, and we are telling the truth.

They were very prompt and stayed in contact with me to insure that I didn't have to wait around for their arrival. The technician, Pablo, assessed the tub faucet conditions and was able to complete the repair after getting additional parts at the local Home Depot. He did a good job and was very professional.

Terrible!!!!!!!!! If I had my way this company should not be in business. Never ever use this company. Not only do they not know how to keep appointment times, but they also can't seem to know how to use a phone to notify their customers on changes.
