Felipe and Oscar arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window. Perfect!
Felipe examined the cracked drain line under the house and said it would be an easy repair. He was not joking. Oscar got him the necessary tools and parts from their van and they were on their way in around 30 minutes. Sure, not every repair will be that fast, but they knew what to do and took care of it.
Courteous and professional. Enough said!

Found this plumbing company via Yelp. The gentleman (Felipe) showed up during the agreed upon service window and changed out a shower cartridge. Did it fast and everything works as expected. I would definitely use them again. - thank you.

3 weeks and nothing. Hot water only for 1 week after visit and then only cold water after their next visit. Many no shows, visits with no parts in hand (after said it was ordered) and broken promises with operator contacting technician and technicians blaming one another and the office. Very disappointed but this is who the home warranty works with. I have contacted the home warranty and advised them to cut them loose.

I was contacted after the review by Theresa and she was able to get it done right away (within hours) and promised she was working on communication and internal work ethic. Tech showed up and apologized as well. Thank you Theresa and good luck moving forward.

Had service done back in late February and the garbage disposal was working fine. The technician told me that it would need to be replaced in 3 months. It is now three months later and the garbage disposal stopped working. I call them to have them come out and fix it and they said they need a new work order. I call my insurance company and they want me to pay another $100 deductible. Why didn't they just replace the garbage disposal in the first place.

The first person who came to my house literally looked at everything for 2 seconds and just said he had to come back with the parts...but then sent Luis without telling him to bring the parts, so that wasn't cool. Luckily, Luis was wonderful and hooked me up with a new working faucet. Request Luis!

Our home warranty assigned our toilet issue to this company after the first company they sent completely messed up. Juan showed up within the two hour window. I explained the problem and he went to work. Issue resolved within a half hour. Nice work!!!

Amazing Plumbing misdiagnosed the issue with a circulation pump that wasn't working properly. When they first came, they tried to sell me a new $5000 water heater. I said, if it's broken, it should be covered by the insurance. They said no, it wasn't broken, so I said no to a new water heater. Then they said I needed a new check valve for the circulation pump, which is fine, but when they arrived the following week with the part, the guy said he was to add the new check valve to the other side of the pump, rather than replace the current check valve. They said it needed 2 check valves and that's why the water wasn't as warm. I called a plumber friend who said you do not need 2 check valves, so BEFORE they started work, I told them NOT to ADD a second valve, but if they wanted to replace the old one, that was reasonable as it was dripping a bit. He said okay and, unfortunately I walked away and let him work. When I returned, he had cut the pipe on the other side of the pump and added the second check valve (and no replacing the old one)! Additionally, they tracked mud all over my downstairs hall and bathroom and family room rug! Then after they left, I turned on the water and now we have extremely LOUD knocking (think sledge hammer) pounding while the water is on (we've NEVER had this before). They came back on a recall and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I told them I would call the insurance and ask for another company to come out and they begged me not to. He said he would research it and get back to me by the end of the week. That was 6 weeks ago and I have NEVER heard back from them. The insurance company sent out another plumber who said we did not need a second check valve and he is going to replace the old check valve as he thinks it is corroded. He's hoping (as am I) that that resolves the loud banging.

I would like to thank Amazing Plumbing & Rooter for their service and their honesty. I had a leak under my sink and their technician came out the next day. He had to check with the home warranty people to see what will be covered and what won't. He told me to cross my fingers and hope that the main water line does not break since if it did, I would be responsible for paying for it. In less than half an hour, he told me that it was all fixed. No damage to the main water line. Thank you so much! I will definitely be contacting them again if I ever have any issues or in need of a plumber!
