Roy and Dana both came out to my house and gave me a thorough inspection as to the problem I was having with my plumbing. Scheduled an appointment for a few days later and Dana was out and handled everything efficiently. He resolved every issue I was having in my condo and was professional. My folks have used Roys service as well and they had glowing remarks too! We would definitely recommend Amazing Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber.

We had an issue with leak on the ceiling around 11 am in living room this morning. I called Roy and he came within 1 hour. He found the leak and fixed it.
We also found out the drain is clogged in the master bathroom and was difficult to find the cause. He was able to find the problem and cleaned it out. We really recommend Amazing Plumbing.

Back in 12/2021, he replaced our water heater. That is why decided to contact him with this leak.

I will definitely use amazing plumbing again.

I chose this business due to the awesome reviews and plus it was near my parents home in Cypress. I was able to speak with Roy and we were able to situate the mixup with the appointment time. He got it squared away and sent Steve/Steven to my parents condo to fix the clogged toilet and situate the leaky shower faucets first thing in the morning! Rod from Amazing Plumbing came super-quick after I left a message that something burst under my kitchen sink and was spewing water.He quickly fixed the problem. I was happy to pay his fee since it was reasonable given his responsiveness. Otherwise I would have had no water for who knows how long. And he was very honest when I accidentally overpaid him. Will definitely use him again.

Thank you Roy & Steve .... I've used Amazing Plumbing before for a couple of drain clogs, shower faucet repair and things went great. So, when you have a slab leak issue and hot floor in the bathroom. I called them again. Roy came out to look on Friday afternoon (5/7) and Monday morning (5/10) they were at my door to re-pipe the house. By Wednesday morning they were done. Great job!! The pressure is like I've never experienced in my 32 years in the house. And, just when I thought they were done on Friday (5/14) my water heater died. Text him bright n' early Saturday morning, he was at the house within the hour and before noon I had a new water heater delivered and installed. Like it never happened. Thank you Roy!!! Could not be happier with Roy and his team, nobody looks forward to calling a plumber but Amazing Plumbing, was just that, Amazing. Roy showed up on time gave us a free estimate and explained the process each step of the way. The work was detailed and he took care to the rest of our home as not to damage any other areas. All the work was done on schedule and stayed within our budget.

I will not hire any other plumbers from now on.
