Woke up this morning to backed up toilets and sinks in both bathroms due to an apparent sewage line clog. My brother-in-law found out about Amazing Plumbing on Facebook (Cypress Community page) and gave them a call. Since it is a busy Saturday I expected a wait, but it was nowhere as long as I expected. Once Roy and Steven got here, it took mere minutes for them to unclog our sewer main! Their pricing was very fair, especially considering it is a weekend. Thank you Roy and Steven!!

These guys are the absolute best! Not just best plumbers, they're great people. We had a leak in our water heater and I made several calls to different places. They were quick to respond and were out within 90 minutes with a new water heater. Job was done within a couple of hours.

I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I am so grateful that my friend recommended Amazing Plumbing to me. I was freaking out when I realized I had a slab leak and my floors were flooded. Being a Mom on her own always makes you feel vulnerable to scams and people taking advantage of you. Roy talked me through every possible scenario and gave me a few options on how we could go about fixing my problem in the most cost effective way. He was kind and patient with all my questions but most of all honest and fair. Roy and Steve went over and beyond to make repairs to problems I didn't even know I had. Last year We had our whole home repiped and were nervous if we were in the right hands or not. Roy and his crew proved to be very professional and great to work with. Kept the home tidy during the work, punctual, communicated clearly throughout the process, considerate of our newborn regarding noise and dust, very detailed work, great quality. Amazing plumbing provided a service and product you expect plus more. What I liked was how fast to respond he was also. They installed a kitchen faucet, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and replaced the handle and lever on a toilet. They were here for about an hour of work. I paid $250. I felt like i was over charged. However, they did quality work.

Build your own burger is awesome. The beef beats all other establishments. The chicken on the other hand, was very bland. Maybe a little spice added???? We'll be back for the burgers. 5 stars for the burger, 3 stars for the chicken.

ASW Plumbing Service was sent to my house to replace a water heater. They worked with American Home Shield to order the wrong water heater, charge me $190 to install 9"" of vent pipe for their mistakes. They separated the vent pipe above the ceiling and cut a hole to reconnect it and I still have a hole in my ceiling. I have sent all the info and pictures to a few news programs to bring this company and American Home Shield. It took them more than 6 hours to replace a water heater, yet told me I only had 5 minutes if I wanted to put in a new water heater stand.

I was hearing the echo of water throughout the house. I called Roy and he came over and let us know we had a leak, in fact our water lines needed to be replaced, showing us the photos he took under the house. They started work promptly. Roy and his crew are very professional and completed the work exactly in the time frame that was given to us. His price was reasonable too! They cleaned as they worked also. I am so happy to have finally found a plumber I can totally trust. I had some questions afterward and Roy did not hesitate to come right over to answer them.
