I Chose Amazing Plumbing due to recommendations on Cypress Community Website. I was not disappointed. Roy and Jeremy were at my home within a few hours of my phone call. They quickly and efficiently resolved my plumbing issue and I feel the price for the service was more than fair. I will absolutely call them again.

Could not be happier with Roy and his team, nobody looks forward to calling a plumber but Amazing Plumbing, was just that, Amazing. Roy showed up on time gave us a free estimate and explained the process each step of the way. The work was detailed and he took care to the rest of our home as not to damage any other areas. All the work was done on schedule and stayed within our budget.

Our shower valve broke on Christmas Eve around 10pm and we panicked. We were still cooking and had plans for hosting our family for Christmas dinner. We were pleasantly surprised when Roy returned our call in less than 30 minutes and was at our home to fix the problem within the hour. I've had the pleasure of using Roy and his guys several times over the last 8 months. He first came to Cypress Church to install 3 water fountains for us. His job was fast and he used great creativity by building an improvised backsplash for the fountains. More recently, he did some work for my home when we remodeled our spare bathroom. His entire crew was courteous, clean and very respectful. It's nice knowing a plumber you can trust and a Christian as well.

Thank God for Marcus and Amazing Plumbing!! I prayed God would send me someone to fix a leak under my house so I could get Thanksgiving back on track. The family was due by Thursday and I had all the food and ready to cook, but we had to shut the water off! I called and told him My dilemma and he said he would send someone right away. Marcus showed up within the hour, and crawled under my house and found a pin whole leak. He sodded the copper pipe in less than an hour! I initially found Roy on Yelp. I had a leaking water heater that was at its end, and wanted a quote to get to changed quickly before damage occurred. I hired him since he was professional & in nearby Cypress while my house is in Buena Park. He saw the heater, took measurements & set the follow-up date for install. At the same time, I went ahead & re-piped my galvanized steel plumbing in the garage into copper. The project took several days & required a city permit that I requested.
The initial work by his employees was a bit messy with pipes crossing, however Roy sent the guys back to redo the whole thing cleanly.
The price might be considered on the higher end, but the end result looks great.

Avoid these guys and get quotes at other places and you will be amazed at how these guys take advantage of you.

Roy: I received your message in which you mentioned that I am trying to ruin your 5 star rating with my fake posting since you were not able to find me in your call logs. You gave me a quote of $140 for a hose bib leak and when I asked for $130, you increased your price to $150. This was all in text. Check your messages buddy. I will be more than happy to post a screenshot for your pleasure. The only fake thing here is your claim of being a Christian company.

This service truly lived up to its name - amazing.

In the middle of replacing our kitchen floor, we found out that the water line for the refrigerator/icemaker was leaking. It turns out that the angle stop needed to be replaced. Roy and Wayne came bright and early the next day and fixed it in a flash!

I recommend this service to anyone having plumbing issues. They are knowledgeable and experienced professionals. Responds promptly, too!
