Horrific service and this company continuously lies. Abusive staff who gaslights. Contracted by home warranty for a SIMPLE repair. Sam, the owner had to fix tub spout and then his employee had to come back because it was leaking. His employee then changed shower handle and replaced cartridge and then handle is now falling apart one day later and doesn't stay up for hot water. They have no showed multiple times and the lie to home warranty and BLOCK me to avoid taking responsibility and fixing the issue they now caused. The owner and his employee blocked my cell and only responded when I called from a different number. How is this normal?!!!! Look at messages from him and his ""staff"". No repairs, now caused me a new issue and will be reporting to the state of California if this simple issue is not resolved. This is unbelievable. 3 months for simple repair. They lie to my home warranty and calls are texts have been given to them. Plumber showed up today hours late with no advance noticed only when I called hours later after he stood me up.

If anyone else is having this issue I need help. Planning on filing a lawsuit and reporting them to the state.

How can a contractor from a home warranty state they don't cover a damaged item they caused? It's illegal in California to do such.

The WORST company you can imagine. They are not reliable, and never show up when they say they will , and don't answer the phones.

This company is trash they don't communicate they don't show up on time and when he did we were told he would be back that he was going to get paeta. We waited all day and he never came back when we texted or called no response. Don't hire them they are really unprofessional.

This company is unprofessional, fraudulent and should never be in business.

My home insurance company sent them to repair a broken water heater. I made the mistake of not checking reviews beforehand. They demanded payment before even completing the job. They harassed me for days with multiple different phone numbers, emails, and texts to pay them for a job they NEVER finished.

They threatened me multiple times via text, and on the phone.

Not exactly what you wish for when you're already dealing with a water heater mess. I had enough of the harassment and paid them simply to leave me alone, and then of course they said I didn't pay! I showed them receipts and credit card statements verifying payment and they still would not stop.

I've never dealt with such a terrible company in my life. Stay away! They should be barred from running ANY business in the future.

If I could, I would put -5 stars. my home insurance company sent me a guy from this plumbing company. I've asked him multiple requests to take a look at. overall, his attitude wasn't positive. not rude but wasn't nice. his work was really rough and minimum...it's like ""whatever"" kind of attitude. My sink's nozzles were loose and misplaced(facing weird way) so I asked him to fix that issue. he tried to fix with barehand but nozzles were too tight so he used priers. He didn't put any kind of protection between a prier and nozzle, so of course it left scratches and damages. I've noticed it after he left so I called them to fix it next day. Then liaison put him on the phone and he has started to lying on me! He said I knew it'd happen(NO) and I said go for it anyway(NO). I've confronted him and then he's started to have an attitude. Maybe he thought he can fool me because he knew English isn't my 1st language. Guess he thought I didn't understand or not knowing what was going on then. Just a stupid Asian lady who's just smiling and saying ""ok"" as he talks. I struggled to understand his English with strong accent but I knew what happened and understood a lot more than he though I did. In the end, he understood his lies to get away from responsibility isn't working on me. Then he started to talk to me with aggression saying,""That's it!? That's all you want!?"". At the moment I was so done with him and this company. Liaison came back on the phone and apologized to me saying, ""I will talk to him"", but it didn't matter to me anymore. I immediately called my home insurance company and filed claims. They sent email to Aman about this issue and they haven't even responded back is what I've heard. Truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Who'd be getting mad at a custOmer for a damage you left, just because the customer didn't buy his lie and asking to fix the damage he caused? lol JOKE.

Aman Plumbing should not be in business. Very unprofessional, not polite, tardy for a job, dirty uniform, does not clean surfaces area after unfinished work, and performed verbal abuse. Plumber does not keep a complete set of equipment/supplies to satisfy the work order. Extremely disappointed in their service and lack of customer satisfaction.

Totally unprofessional, talked down to me as if I was an idiot. The technician arrived late more than 1hr. and without the proper equipment to do the job. Only had a 25 foot snake ~ 1/4 inch dimeter (per him) or an industrial snake that wouldn't work (too large ~ 5/8 inch diameter to make the turn. He stated that it is now code to have cleanout ( I have a mobile home that is 40 yrs. old).
The drain he did clear of the hair buildup in the bathroom sink he left the floor and countertop and the hand towel dirty with what he took out of the sink.
If I could have given a negative response I would have, if your Home Warranty tries to schedules them, refuse to use them and demand someone else.

Run don't walk away from these scammers and liars. If your Home Warranty gives you them, tell your Home Warranty Co NO you want someone else to come. If you have had them and had issues, please take the time to file your complaint with the State of CA here:

I have had several experiences with Aman Plumbing, none good, and I wouldn't recommend anyone use them of their own accord. As with other reviewers, they were assigned to me by First American Home Warranty, so no choice. I had an active slab leak and they quickly came to diagnose it but said they had to come back to fix it. Fine. Called to schedule but no call back, about 7 times over 3 weeks (all the while the leak was ongoing). Finally got First American Home Warranty to get me a new plumber, who told me that he knows that Aman Plumbing isn't able to fix slab leaks and that's probably why they never called back. Why wouldn't Aman just tell me that so I could have gotten it fixed sooner? Who knows what additional damage occurred. Buyer beware!

Aman plumbing actively commits fraud. This company was assigned by First American Home Warranty. Aman Plumbing never called, never came to the property, but actively lies to FAHW about contacts and work done at my property, even fraudulently collected $95 from FAHW for ""replacing a faucet"" at my property, except they have never been to my property.
