Last time they came over they did such a great job with less then hour they replaced my kitchen faucet and they give me a warranty of one month ... thank you guys

Very professional and a fair price for a new water heater. Sam is honest and efficient. I would recommend him and his team for all your plumbing needs.

BAIT AND SWITCH.. SCAM.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The worst plumber we've ever dealt with on our lives. Got a disposer installed today thru Old Republic Home warranty after being without for 4 days. On the phone he said he would put in the same disposer I already had, an In-Sink-Erator Badger 5, perhaps the most common opener in the world. It's only $89. I made sure when AMAN called that this is the opener they would bring. While installing he was trying to hide the box, hmm... Instead he put in a Waste Maid 058, a no-name piece of junk that is only $44 at Walmart. You should hear this thing whine, it's like going from a Ferrari to a Fiat. What? I asked the plumber about it, he said don't worry, it's made by Moen and better than the ISE Badger 5. This was an outright lie. I called AMAN to give him a chance to resolve this, he could not be more rude and awful about it and wants his customer's unhappy. I was hoping he could be a man and keep his promise. Not a man about it at all. WORST PLUMBER EVER ENCOUNTERED, avoid. Now back to the Old Republic Home Warranty to get this disposer issue resolved. Spent 4 hours working on this so far.
Update: I found out you are entitled the same quality level of product being installed thru home warranty, all the contractor needs to do is contact the home warranty for authorization of increased amount. This is routine but AMAN is not skilled or knowledgable about business procedures. For example this job has routine authorizations up to $250 for garbage disposal replacement. It's automatic approval if the plumber's not too lazy like AMAN PLUMBING to follow basic proper procedures.
Read all the other One Star reviews of this place to see how they are cheating their customers.

We just had Sam do some work for us. He hooked up some new faucets in our sinks and installed a recirculating pump in our home. He was fast efficent and even cleaned up the dust under the sink from our remodel! He is also very flexible in scheduling. We will use them again for other plumbing issues. If you have a plumbing issue call Aman and ask for Sam. Oh and very reasonable priced compared to other estimates.

Read a lot of bad reviews and was pretty nervous about the appointment. First American Home Warranty set is up - so we didn't have a choice of plumbers. We called first to make sure they were planning on fixing the issue and not just taking a look and having to return ( I read this in several reviews) & we also have further detail of the problem.they arrived within the window. Did everything they could to unclog but unfortunately they don't have a snake longer than 120'...so we were referred to another company's with more questionable reviews
Overall: communication was good / showed up on time and prepared / referred is immediately to a new plumber when they couldn't fix the issue.

This is the 1st time 1st American Home Warranty, dispatched a ""Competent Vendor"" (AMAN Plumbing) to service our Claim! Our other claims turned into Stress-Tests & Frustration(s)!
During the weekend, our Kitchen Sink Faucet started leaking drastically. Filed a claim w/1st American and were informed that Monday (3/30/20) would be the earliest servicing.
AMAN PLUMBING arrived @10:05 a.m. & completed job @10:25 a.m.
Within 20 mins. our old Kitchen Faucet was removed & replaced w/Brand New one, that definitely was an upgraded improvement to the prior faucet!
5 STARS and would definitely recommend to others. Shout-Out to AMAN PLUMBING ... ""Fantastic Job"" & Expeditiously Done!! No Leaks

I put in a repair request with my home warranty for one toilet that was was very loose at the base and the flush handle had broken off, a second toilet that had a bad handle, and the tub faucet which was stuck with the shower diverter in the up position. Aman plumbing was assigned to complete my repair.
After reading the many horrible reviews for Aman Plumbing on here, I was very skeptical, but since my repair was contracted under home warranty, I had no choice but to have Aman plumbing do the work since that is who the warranty company assigned to do my repair.
First, these guys lack communication skills. All I got was an email and text, stating when they would arrive the next day. Unlike other repair professionals who reach out to you to ask when you could be home to schedule the repair, Aman plumbing just told me when they were coming, regardless of whether it was convenient for me.
I took off work to be home for what I thought was going to be a repair. Omar did show up within the time, but when he arrived, he looked at things for 5 minutes, and said he would have to come back to do the repair the next day. He also told me that I had to have the water shut off to my building because he needed to replace the shut-off valve at the wall because he couldn't get it to turn all the way. I asked him if WD40 would help, but he said no. He told me to let him know when the water would be shut off and he would bring another plumber with him to help replace the wax ring on the toilet, and that it would only take a few hours. Unfortunately, my HOA only allows non-emergency water shut offs on certain days of the week, and those days happened to fall on Xmas and New Year's eve/day. I had to wait and schedule the repair for 1/7, therefore I had to get through having family and friends over with a toilet with no flush handle. This was not the fault of Omar, but my HOA.
Fast forward to yesterday, 1/6, I texted and asked Omar to confirm that I was still scheduled for 1/7 between 9-11a, but I got no response. Omar arrived at 10, but without any other repair guys. He said he would look to see if he needed the water shut off before I contacted the onsite maintenance to shut it off. He came up, sprayed WD40 on the valve, and got it to turn, not needing the water shut off after all. Folks, I have been manually flushing this toilet since mid-December, and had my repair pushed back until after the holidays because I was told the water needed to be shut off, only to have Omar use WD40 like I suggested in the first place. I was not happy. But whatever, moving on. Omar takes the tank off and installs a new flush kit. He said he was waiting for another guy to join him to do the wax ring. I went back to the living room since it seemed weird to watch him work. I heard him doing various things, then I heard him go into the other bathroom that also had a faulty flush handle and the tub faucet that was stuck. A little while later, I went to check the progress and he told me he was finished. I questioned him about the wobbly toilet and he said that he replaced the bolts and that the wax ring was intact. I checked the bowl and it no longer wobbled. I questioned his decision to not replace the wax ring, but he assured me that if the wax ring was not good, water will start leaking, and to call him back if it does. I was not happy about this but no choice really.
About 10 minutes after he left, my wife came home and I was reviewing the repairs with her and discovered that the tank on the wobbly toilet was now really loose, and it shifts around very easily. I also discovered that the tub faucet was still not working properly.
I called the number that I had recieved all the notifications from, and Sam answered. I told him of my issues, and he said he would have Omar come back.
Omar called me a few minutes later and said that he had done the work, that there was nothing wrong with the tank, that he had tightened the bolts as much as he could. He stated that he would come back, but if he came back and found nothing wrong, that he would charge me another $75 service fee. I told him that the bolts were loose, but he continued to argue. I told him to forget it, that I would write a review and contact the home warranty company instead. I told him not to return to my home. These guys don't stand by their work. My bad, next time I know to double and triple check every possible thing while the plumber is there, and take video of the work that is completed. I would never recommend that anyone use this plumber.
I've also read in many of the reviews, that Sam will write back and potentially threaten or intimidate the reviewer to take the review down. Don't even think about it. I stand by my review.
I have contacted the home warranty company as well, and let them know what actual work was completed. Two toilet flush kits installed, and bolts replaced on one toilet, 1 hour of labor. Nothing else. No wax ring replaced. No tub faucet repaired.

After establishing a 2pm-4pm window, Omar did not come to our house until 6:30pm. He was here for maybe 5 minutes and flushed my toilet a couple times before leaving and telling me that my warranty company would call me to advise repair. After explaining to Omar that the toilet had clogged many times in the past and made a gurgling sound when we flushed it, I thought that Omar would be a little more helpful with trying to resolve the issue. When I called my warranty company they said that Omar had already billed out for his service and had no recommendation for repair or replacement. I also had to pay $75 to my warranty company for Omar to show up for five minutes to do absolutely nothing to help me. I feel taken advantage of and do not understand how a company can stay in business with this kind of customer service.

Really terrible customer service. Submitted a ticket through home warranty to fix some leaky faucets and a broken garbage disposal. They did absolutely nothing on the first visit and I needed them come out again in order to even verify the issue. After that they took over three weeks to get the necessary parts and then come and solve the issue. On the day of the appointment they made me wait for over two hours and had no call in line to check on job status or expected arrival.
I would recommend using ANYONE but these guys for your plumbing needs

His team came out the next day within the time agreed, and worked with focus and cleaned up. Friendly, respectful and explained their work. This was second time for us and we were fully satisfied. Will give their name to neighbors and call them next time!
