Home Warranty recommended this company and when I called them , It went straight to voicemail and when I tried to leave a message their voicemail is full... I notified Home Warranty and request a new company...

This company is extremely unprofessional. They asked when we were available and then stated that they could not confirm the time and date because he didn't have the schedule in front of him. He stated he would call back with in the hour. I received a text from jim over 12 hours later (after midnight) stating he would be here in 3 days. Hopefully I save someone undue stress and aggravation. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

Poor customer service. Doesn't show up for appointments, but will expect to be paid even if they don't show up. If you start asking too many questions, they'll send you straight to voicemail once you start asking things like, ""Hey, you said you'd be here at 3:30 and it's now 5. Are you still coming today?"" Three ""appointments"" have been made and for all three they haven't shown up. When I call the phone number to ask if they're coming, they send me straight to voicemail.

*This review is not based on the quality of work, as we don't know the quality of work because they never showed up. It is instead based on communication and customer service.

**Ours was also through a home warranty claim, so keep that in mind for folks who are going through their home warranty. Ask for a different plumber.

Update: After never showing up to complete the work, we got an email from Aman plumbing asking for a positive review on their service. My wife created a review very similar to the one I posted above. This was at 10 PM and by 6 AM she had texts on her phone from the owner calling her a liar and a bad person. He also asked for payment for something he never showed up for? I don't know how to pay someone when they literally don't show up to do their job. However, It's good to know that their phone does, in fact, work. They can't call to tell the customer that the technician won't be coming out, but they are quick to call them names. Great company!

Terrible customer service. Used through Home Warranty. Recommend if you are directed to this company to refuse and use a different contractor. Waited 4 days for an appointment. Window provided 3-7pm on Friday night. Omar Asli arrived at 8pm. Was told needed to replace gabage disposal and toilet tank valve on Monday. Omar said he would do it between 4pm-8pm. Received a text message confirming appointment on Monday and responded with a thank you and we would be ready. At 8pm we called asking if Omar was still coming? Was told they called at a 11am but left no message so therefore it is our fault Omar did not show up. This business or person calls using different numbers so it appears random. Do not understand any business which calls from private numbers not leaving a voice-mail and then blaming the customer for not picking up. I'm sure most of their business comes through Warranty claims so do yourself a favor and avoid frustration by insisting on using a different company.

If I were you I would never ever ever never ever consider using this place. I have called them four times and have not gotten a response. Online it requested that I select an appointment. I selected the appointment and still never got a call. Very frustrated with this company and I would recommend that you never ever ever consider using these folks. They are horrible with customer service. Horrible horrible horrible!

We had someone from Aman Plumbing come out to work on our tankless hot water heater that stopped heating the water. The appt was made through our home warranty provider. He came out to fix the heater but was not able to. He then reported back to the home warranty company that in order to fix it he needed to come back out at a cost of ~$500 to be able to diagnose the problem and then determine how to go about and fix the water heater that will cost even more money. This was not what he was hired to do, nor was it what he told me. Don't use this company! They will ripe you off.

First American Home Warranty assigned this company to my claim. After the intial diagnosis, which as many others have stated took less than 5 minutes, the plumber said he needs to source the part and it could take 10 business days to get it. I understood due to issues right now, this is no problem. Over 30 days pass and I didn't receive any communication regarding the service. 30 days, no communication, that's a month. Couldn't even pick up a phone, spend 30 seconds to tell me there's a delay, or they can't find anyone to do the work. So much time had passed that the warranty company sent me a notification asking if the work had been completed. After a bunch of back and forth the plumber came back out to make the fix during which he then stated that the issue was larger and the wall would need to be cut into and pipes replacing which was not covered by the warranty. This additional diagnosis was also less than 5 minutes.

Immediately after the plumber left and I was processing how a quick fix turned into cutting into walls and I called the warranty company to pause the claim. I went ahead and got a second opinion from a trusted plumber (Bill Howe) who I had previously used outside of warranty. They were able to come out within 2 days, diagnose the issue, find all required parts locally, and fixed the issue without ever having to think about cutting into a wall.
Sounds like Aman Plumbing was trying to squeeze a little more warranty juice or they don't know how to properly diagnose and fix issues, let alone actually communicate. I'm sure most of their calls are warranty related and as such you'll be getting the bottom of the barrel service.

Don't waste your time with this business and if you're assigned them through your warranty company it would behoove you to strongly state you want a different company.

I would never use this company ever again. The only reason I did was because they were contracted by my home warranty company, First American Home Warranty. They showed up, and the technician Omar, spent less than 5 minutes and said that the toilet needs to be replaced and would inform the warranty company of his findings. I spoke with him directly. I waited for days to hear back from the warranty company and no words. I called them and they reassigned them to come back. Aman Plumbing would not call to schedule an appointment. I called them several times and the person answering the phone kept assuring me that he would call me back later or that evening. But never did. I called the warranty company and they said no reports were ever sent. They called them on the phone and he told them the toilet was working when the technician left and they finished the work. Which was basically a lie. I had to pay another plumber to come and fix the toilet. He was able to fix it in 20 minutes and didn't have to replace the toilet either. They're not honest and do a very poor job. I actually canceled my warranty company and hired another because I don't want to deal with Aman Plumbing ever again.

This company was assigned to come out and fix our plumbing from our insurance company. He confirmed a time..changed it twice. We called and called and he never returned our calls and NEVER showed up. Called our own local plumbing company....FAST FORWARD 3 months...another plumbing issue...insurance company assigned a plumber..after this company changed the arrival time 4 times in One day..my lightbulb went off and realized this was the same rude company and cancelled ..told my insurance company to NEVER assign this guy Sam and his company to me ..called a local company and they arrived within 90 minutes...DO NOT EVER USE: AMAN PLUMBING or TELEVIDEO SERVICE!!
