I was in the dumps with my girl friend (GF) because when I replaced the sink, I must have jarred the plumbing and the compression fitting gave out. I tried turning the water on and off and moving the pipe around a little, but it kept leaking like a sieve.

My GF would not even let me in the bed until I sponge bathed with a jug of drinking water that night, LOL. It was late at night so I figured no plumbers are available at that time. The next morning, I went onto yelp and put in a request for a plumber. I had at least six or seven interested plumbers, but they all said they could not do it today. So I wrote back to them, letting them know that it needs to get done today and if by chance that they could make it, for them to call me.

Always rescue plumbing called me first and sent a message on yelp that they would send a tech out at 4 pm. The tech got a little lost, but after pointing him to the right direction, he made it. I thought the price was fair and reasonable and we really needed water, so I said, ""you've got a deal."" The tech was off to the store to buy the parts and upon return, he was relatively quick at getting it fixed. He even helped me flush out the line of my new faucet.

In regards to safety and cleanliness, the tech wore a mask and put on booties. My GF is Asian, so that was a big plus in this house :-)

I hired them to replace water main in June 2020. They always came on time, and well communicated with us. They had their things organized. The whole project was done efficiently and took as much time as they told us. They also had different payment options. The work they did was also good. I will use them again when I have plumbing issues.

I cannot day enough good things about the team from Always Rescue. My main water line corroded and burst flooding my front yard. They came out quickly and were so professional. I had a shower that would not turn off we had tried to replace the lever ourselves and were very un successful. Reached out through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm. The call center took all our info we got a call back in 2 mins from a tech Gabriel and he was at our door by 330pm. I had to turn the water off to the house and was in a panic to get it fixed...on a weekend...during a pandemic!

Gabriel came out mask on safety booties greeted us and I showed him the issue. It was a simple piece replacement cost 250.00 and was done with in 20 mintues. He was very kind explained what he was doing showed us how our attempt to fix was not the entire problem but never made us feel silly for trying. He was very friendly cleaned up and took the time to look at a few projects we were curious if his company could do. Walked us through what it would take (ice maker water line broke and need a new toliet) and the office to call and set it up.

I can not say enough good things the service was awesome the response time was amazing and they understood the urgency we had with no water and 5 member family. I would recommend them again and again!!

Called with an emergency at 4 PM and I believe the owner answered and said he could get someone out right away. Unfortunately he asked his assistant to collect my information to give to the plumber. She couldn't handle the simple task of taking my address over the phone. After keeping me on the phone with no success she told me to text her. Instead I went back to Yelp and found another plumber who was awesome and far less expensive.
