I needed a small repaired completed the same day and Always Rescue Plumbing came to the rescue. He was nice and gave me a quote before he showed up. When he arrived, he instructed me to notify everyone in my unit about our repair because I live in a HOA. I would highly recommend this plumber because he is very knowledgeable.

They have done a couple projects for us. Very fast to respond and can usually send someone out within a day, if not that day. Average prices, but friendly service. Hugo is very nice and explains this well. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Highly recommend.

I'll start with the positive-- the receptionist Carina was always professional and courteous to me when I spoke with her--so thank you! And the prices at first seem good. They told me upfront the cost to snake our clogged bathtub would be $150. However on the day the plumber came out he was unprepared and had to leave and return with a different slimmer snake after he couldn't unclog the drain. Eventually he said that we would need a new system installed--a new p-trap and drain pipe would cost about $850 if all went well. On the day he was supposed to return he did not show up at the time of our appointment. I called and spoke to someone (not Carina) that told me it was not actually an appointment time that I was given but an appointment window and a that I should wait the full window of time (2 hours). I waited and he never showed and the company couldn't reach him after the allotted time . I hope he's okay but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise that he didn't show as that same day I was able to call another company who came out same day and they were able to unclog the drain within minutes. His no show saved us $600 in the end. So my advice if you go with this company is to get a second opinion and quote before you agree to any work after their initial assessment...and make sure you clarify the time you need them to be there before you book. Otherwise, you may be waiting a long time .

Do not use, sham! 250$ just to run camera and use a snake with cutter one single time. Tried upselling and hide costs non stop. Kept changing story saying something was clogged then not clogged then clog was somewhere else when we saw it ourselves with camera. Also lied to us on what could be used or could be done after we got 2 other opinions, one of them being City of San Jose. If you're located here, call city of San Jose first!

Needed a water heater replacement (my unit was over 9yrs old and and was leaking from the bottom and also rusting on one of the valves), and Daniel responded quick and provided a reasonable estimate. Answered all my questions and very professional with the job. He and his crew was able to get everything done on the same day and the water heater is been working great so far. Will definitely reach out Always Rescue again!

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Other 1-star reviews are saying truth about how this company always over-complicate the issues and try to charge more. It was just a small water line leak in the backyard. They quoted as $450 to find the leak and find it, while we already show them the leaking part. At the beginning they agreed with $200. However when they fix the issue, they asked $300 + tips! You need to be tough on their offer and tell them there's only so much you can give
