Got a frantic call from my parents as water was backing up in the bathtub and shower when they tried to run the washing machine. They had guests over and needed help ASAP! I hopped on to Yelp to look for someone that could help them out. Hugo and his team at Always Rescue Plumbing were quick to respond to my project via Yelp, and they stopped by within a couple of hours. They identified the issue and took care of it quickly. First off, this is a bad plumbing business service. The guy name Hugo came out to my house to give me a estimate on the moving my gas line about 3.5 inches back so that my stove would fit my counter to size. All he has to do was remove the old black iron pipe and add 3.5 inches to size. But he made many sales tactics that it's a lot of work and he has to thread the pipe. He then quote me $675 for it. Thats crazy ripped off pricing. So I negotiated with him to $500 because im on a tight deadline schedule. And, he said he came back the next to do the job. Guessed what he was a no show. Totally unprofessional of him, he could just said this job is too small for me to do the job. I would respect that. I wouldnt recommend this plumbing business service to anyone. If you have to, watch for his service exaggeration to charge more for his service.

Daniel and team were great. Our sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced. We got obscene quotes from the company that diagnosed the issue. I reached out via Yelp and Daniel was able to come in person same day and give an estimate. It was very reasonable and he was able to get started within 2 days. The crew worked well and were respectful of our space (the plants, walking into the home with shoe covers, friendly with our dogs, etc.). Daniel himself recommended we should get a permit for the work (that says a lot about his integrity). The inspection went smoothly.

I requested another repair (toilet wax ring replacement). This ended up a bigger job but he was transparent in his pricing and timeliness. The crew needed to enter our crawlspace multiple times and walk through the home. They were clean and organized, and left the space as it was before.

I'd highly recommend Daniel and Always Rescue is now my go-to plumbing company.

We had an issue with a major back up in our main sewer line out to the street. I called and they scheduled a same day evaluation. The plumber came out an hour before the appointment and immediately got to work. He fixed the problem same day despite needing to dig...a lot...and in the rain! Great value and great customer service. Definitely recommend this company and will absolutely use them again in the future!

We needed to install a new toilet and scheduled a date and time with ARP because they were the most affordable for our budget. I couldn't be more pleased with their response time and free consultation. Our estimate was true to what they quoted over the phone, which was $250 plus $75 to haul the old toilet away. The technician, Hugo, was very friendly and professional and super helpful. Everything went smoothly until Hugo found a huge problem with the seal and he wasn't pushy to get it fixed right then and there but warned us if we didn't do it soon it would become a bigger issue down the road. Of course, it wasn't his fault the seal was old and eroded, but it took a hit to our pockets, but I appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem and made the time to stay another 3 hours to complete the job. We are extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest and reliable team.
