We had a slab leak late one night and I had to leave a message. They called me at 7 the next morning and were at my home by 8...and that's how the whole process went. They were always prompt, showed up when they said they would and always kept me informed. We had to have cuts in the walls and ceiling to do the re-routing so there was a lot of drywall repair/patching. They textured it so perfectly that you couldn't see the patches. It was done so well that I had to point it out to our insurance adjuster when he came to see it. They were very professional, cared about doing a good job for us, efficient and prompt. I highly recommend them.

I was impressed they were able to come within one hour even though it was after 8pm. They diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. Mark was very professional and left very little mess behind him. It was a little pricey, but I was really glad my house could be in order before the family shows up for the holidays. I would recommend their services without any reservation.

I needed a plumber to address my drain in the backyard. Saw what Great reviews Always received. My wife called and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment the serviceman was 2 1/2 hours late. No call, no apology. I had to call myself to find out if he was even going to show. When he finally came, he could not fix the problem and recommended another gentleman, ""who specializes"" in the area relating to our problem. At the time of making the 1st appointment, my wife explained exactly what the problem was. We shouldn't have had to wait for the ""specialist. "" He should have been sent out instead of the first man. The first tech informed us the service tech would be at our house between 0800 & 1000 today. At the time of this post it is 10:30 and no tech. I phoned Always and was informed we were on the schedule for tomorrow. Totally Unacceptable!!!!
Again, no apology. I would ""Not"" recommend This unprofessional company to anyone.
Huge waste of time and money making myself available for nothing.

Their prices were astronomically high. I paid a $124 call out fee and then the technician wanted $250 to snake the toilet and if that didn't work he quoted me $695 to remove the toilet and clear the drain. I told him that was too much $ and ended having to pay $124 for absolutely nothing. In the end, I watched a YouTube video on how to remove a toilet and fixed it myself in less than 30 minutes. I advise staying far away from this company.

Had a shower valve break. I couldn't get the valve cartridge out so we called Always plumbing. They couldn't get the cartridge out either. So they had to come back the following day to cut a access hole to replace the entire valve instead of just the cartridge. Understandably it is going to cost more. The quote was high at $1150.00

The price was way too high but we are desperate to get the water back on. Also, if I had bought all the tools required and hardware it would have taken me longer than the next day. I am a auto mechanic, so I knew a professional plumber could likely get kit done quick.

I agreed to the price so Iam not complaining about the rip off price. The problem is the craftsmanship. Before we paid I inspected the repair. There was no caulking around the new bezel that goes around the valve. No it won't leak water, but geez have some pride in the appearance of your work. Secondly the handle on the valve came loose and completely off during normal use. The handle never had the set screw tightened. If you are going to charge a $1000.00 in labor to do a 1.5 hour job. Make it nice and professional. Don't slap it together like a I don't give a $&(@ and leave. What a asshat. I won't call them again.

Fast, prompt, clean and honest! Got deodorant stuck in the toilet and they were very affordable! Took it out without having to take off toilet like the previous plumber(Diamond) who came earlier and quoted me $400 more than Always Plumbing! Thank you for your honesty Eric! Great job!
