How can I rate a company that promised to show up on two different occasions, and never came? It can't get much worse.
I don't know if this is a legitimate plumbing operation, or a call center posing as a clearing house for many independent laborers. Not reliable

Always plumbing came through for us! Very speedy to respond to our need. They gave us a great price and their plumber, Amen, who was super courteous, kind, and professional did a great job with our repair and installation. He also explained everything patiently.

The dispatcher was friendly and courteous, they promised to get someone out within the HR and they delivered. Tech Charles come out and got the job done. He was very professional and honest. Very happy with the result.

Called for several items to have looked at....shower with decreased flow, new toilet flapper and install kitchen faucet. They would not give any estimate, even just ballpark over phone. They charge $52 to come out which is applied to total of work done.
Arrived in a timely manner, donned a mask at our request.Spent a few minutes looking at shower with my husband. When asked price of kitchen faucet install.....unbelievably the price quoted was $603.00!!!!!!! That is LABOR ONLY as we had purchased the faucet...just a simple one hole faucet. If they supply faucet it would be $900 plus!!!RIDICULOUS, ABSURD. If we had them replace the cartridge in the shower it would be over $300. We have bought and replaced the cartridge before. Took about fifteen minutes and cartridge cost $34 on Amazon. For whole showerngut replacement $1200. For these prices we could remodel the bathroom! At this point we did not even have him look at our toilet which has a small leak.
Wrote him his $52 checknand sent Zack on his way. He was polite and nice. No bad on him. Just way more than we are willing to spend on simple plumbing jobs. Will just live with it until we find a more reasonable plumber/ handyman.
Guess they make most of their money on $52/ visit. If she had given us a ballpark amount we could have saved themnthe trip and time andnsaved us $52 wasted.
Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.

I recently had a slab leak. I called Always Plumbing. They responded immediately. Tim and Derrick were awesome. I was so impressed by their efficiency, professionalism and their knowledge. I highly recommend this company.

We had an emergency on Friday night.... all drains/toilets in the entire house backing up..... nasty! Even the showers..... to say it was a crappy situation would be both a pun and an understatement.

We called the property management company and they called all their contracted vendors.... none would come help saying maybe tomorrow or the next day. that was simply not an option. That was after waiting 3 hours for responses.

Taking things upon myself, I called Always Plumbing..... they answered right away at 9:15pm and committed to get Eric (certified plumber) out within an hour.

Eric was super nice and very professional. He got everything resolved and working in under 40 minutes.

I needed to have my garbage disposal replaced as well as a separate sink drain. It was easy to schedule with Always and my serviceman, Patrick, arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional - and offered me several options. The work was done in the amount of time quoted and the work area was cleaned thoroughly after. The disposal and sink both work well after installation.
I'll use the company again and recommend them and Patrick for your g plumbing needs.

I would like to update this review about the company. I just received a phone call from a nice woman who apologized for the bad experience I had with them. Although her apology can't change the fact that this employee did something that was unethical she did explain the fact she will resolve this issue with this person and she refunded my money completely. The fact that she took the time to handle this issue says something about their management. I just hope they can get quality employees that do have scruples and don't try to rip people off just because they're lazy or having a bad day. I do appreciate the effort from their management
