Bad times. They showed up to find and fix a leak. They told us it would be $555 to cut as many holes as needed to find the leak... then proceeded to cut a large hole in the exterior wall and stucco and advise they had to come back the next day as it was getting dark. They came back the next day and cut another large hole in the stucco and exterior wall, this time behind the valves that were leaking. Then they said that was going to be another $555!We reminded them that they said $555 to find the leak no matter what. They ""waived"" the additional $555...then proceeded to tell us all the work that supposedly needed to be done to fix the leak. I've remodeled several houses and knew the repair was relatively minor. I asked how much, they said another $1500. Whaaaaa?! Umm buhbye. Had another plumber do it for $225.

We had a challenging experience in the field but we called Joe the Owner and he was a standup guy who listened to us, empathized and resolved every issue we expressed.

I had sewage backing up in my downstairs toilet this morning. The cheerful Daniel came out sooner than he'd estimated, fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. The only way I'd be happier was if he could have done it all for free.

I don't know how they stay in business. I had them come out and explained the issue several times; a gas line to my BBQ needed to be replaced. They dug two holes, charged me $590 and told me they needed to replace the gas line. No kidding? Then two other guys showed up, ripped apart my BBQ and left. They gave me an estimate for $4875 to replace my gas line. I got another bid for half the price. Always Plumbing is really not very good at what they do.

Get another quote! My tankless water heater stopped working on a Saturday, so we called Always Plumbing to come out and take a look. The unit was 12 years old so I suspected we'd need to replace it. I found pricing for ~$1400 online for the unit. When Always came, sure enough they said we should replace the unit. They gave me a quote for $8425 which included new shutoff valves and an expansion tank, or $5000 to simply replace the water heater. This job is a simple as it gets - use a wrench to unhook the cold and hot water lines and gas line, fasten unit to the wall with screws, and reconnect water and gas lines. They want $3500 for an hour or two labor! I can see paying a few hundred more for a weekend emergency, but this is outrageous. He seemed surprised when I told him ""no thanks, I'll get another quote."" I can take my family to the Ritz Carlton for a couple weeks for what these guys want to charge. These guys are a rip off.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!
This will be my first negative Yelp review I have ever left. I had Always Plumbing come to unclog one bathroom sink. He quoted $379.00 plus he told me I needed to replace all three of my toilets.
I could tell he was not quoting a reasonable price so I paid my $79.00 service fee and declined the rest of the service.
I contacted C&C Plumbing (949) 395-5551 and they were very responsive and professional. They came in and unclogged my sink for $95.00 and told me our toilets were perfectly fine.
The business that Always Plumbing is running is fraudulent and unacceptable.

These plumbers were unprofessional and unprepared but they are more than happy to charge you exorbitant fees. They arrive in a truck that's an identifiable as to their name or profession. Joe had absolutely no concern or consideration for waiting hours only to be quoted a fee that was a second opinion He wanted $250 to snake a drain less than 10 minutes later my plumber came and did it for 100. I just felt that they were trying to take advantage of a woman buyer beware?

The promptness and service was good, but the price was twice what I had payed previously for the same exact drain cleaning and service. I had company in town for the holidays and was already on the hook for the service charge, but I won't use this company again.

The water was backing up in my kitchen sink. The plumber spent less than an hour and diagnosed that the trash compactor was corroded and needed to be replaced. He vacuumed the sink hole - the water went through faster but it still backed up after 10 seconds. They charged me $255!!
He quoted an additional $495 to replace the trash compactor with labor charges. It cost me $79 to buy a exact same model new trash compactor. The reason he gave for $415 in labor was that they were insured. I obviously declined.
Ridiculous fees. I feel like I totally overpaid for an incomplete job.

Immediately up on arrival they tried to charge me $200 for ""initial diagnosis"". Then after getting some more information they tried to charge me $400+ for a $10 thermal couple and $500 for a ~$100 gas valve. I know labor can be expensive but this was just ridiculous. Even though they didn't do any work I still had to pay them $95 for the service call. It was just obvious he was trying to squeeze me.
