This is an odd review because I didn't get work done by this company. I got a quote. They sent somebody out who was very nice and they called me back several times to leave me information I asked for. Their prices were very reasonable. I'm keeping their card and am planning to use them in the future.

Jeremy and Nathan were awesome! Very professional. We had mice eat through the pipes which caused a room to flood. Unfortunately it wasn't obvious which part of the pipe and where exactly it was leaking from. They came out immediately on a Sunday. It took several hours to find it and yet the price was so much lower than we expected especially working on a Sunday. I was very impressed with knowledge and conscientious approach to finding and fixing the problem. They will definitely be the ones I call whenever I have plumbing problems again.

Less than impressed. Technician seemed less than enthusiastic on the prospect of replacing toilet. When he did so, he seems more in a rush to get out of there than explain anything he did to me. He did not go over his instal or detail any observations. He tested the toilet by urinating in it. That by its self is not a big deal to me, but others would have found it unprofessional.

After technician left I noticed the supply valve was malfunctioning and the connection he had made to the supply was lose and leaking. I would expect a plumber worth his salt to check these things and make observations. Instead he collected payment (285 for toilet and supply valve replacement and toilet haul away....worth noting that is a premium price point) and got out of there as fast as he could....after spending about 20 minutes in his van parked out front....

I noticed he had taken all the documentation on my new toilet with him. When I called dispatch to have him return it they ignored my first call, the said he didn't have it when I pressed them.

Won't be using their services again.

We called Always Affordable Plumbing for an estimate to install new kitchen and half bath faucets. Andrew arrived, within the specified time, and provided a competitive bid. At at our request, the work was completed a few days later. Boston arrived as expected, being both polite and professional. Excellent plumbers with competitive pricing!

Our water heater was leaking water on a Saturday night. Promptly on Sunday they had someone at our house to replace it. When they arrived after asking a few questions including trying to verify if it was still under warantee Nathan determine that it could be repaired where no one else would even consider that as an option. Called to have our master bathroom faucets connected & checked after a pipe burst. Customer service was great and called to let me know what time tech would be coming. Tech was quick, thorough & efficient and the price was reasonable! Definitely will keep the number handy for future references!!!

Terrible service came out to fix a simple 90 elbow after leaving left it started leaking again. They send another guy out today I came home tonight with no water, no voice mail, no courtesy call, no note explaining why all my water is off and its now 9:30 P.M. I called their office no answer.
First guy had very few tools and no sump pump no parts on the truck wasted a whole afternoon with him and now I have the same elbow leaking again costing me a fortune in water bills.
My last bill was nearly $2,000.00. I would never never use Affordable Plumbing again, thy are extremely unprofessional and bad news.

We are selling our home, and had a lot of ""stuff"" that needed to be taken care of before closing. Nick came out and was here for 8 hours, but he got everything done in a timely manner, even though he had to spend most of the day under our house in 108 degree heat! He was courteous and conscientious - couldn't ask for more! We will use Always Affordable if we have a need in our new place. They are our new go to for all plumbing needs!
