Complete failure to communicate. We had an appointment this morning between 8-9am. Husband and I both have confirmation text messages with the 8-9am time window from them. Nobody called/ communicated or showed up, so I called after 9am to get an updated ETA. The receptionist stated the appointment is really for 8-10 am (even though both of our phones were texted with a shorter time window), she said the tech would be arriving within 20-30 minutes. We still have not been communicated with since, and their extended time window of 8-10am has since passed.
We used their services last year, and were incredibly satisfied with their communication and work. Something has obviously changed since then.
This has been a very frustrating waste of our time. My husband took time off work to accommodate this appointment. They've stood us up. We cannot afford to miss work, as we are expecting our first child in 3 weeks.
I would reccomend future clients to seek services elsewhere if you value your time.

However - I also requested a quote to replace/install a basic 40 gallon water heater. Estimate was more than double what I expected - and I have owned many rental properties and homes so I have an idea what is reasonable.
So I contacted another reputable, licensed plumber in the area and his quote to install/replace was $2000 LESS than the estimate provided to me here.
I am thinking over $3300 for a water heater isn't ""Always Affordable"".
My advice to anyone - seek multiple quotes on something like this - as I learned today - there is a big range here. The water Heater itself is only a fraction of the cost.

Loves that the tech wore his mask because safety is #1 due to COVID. And the tech James was so friendly and he listened to me not blew me off. He had a great personality and made me laugh. He was clear on explaining things and how they work or not work. He showed me the estimate and he was super clean no mess to clean up behind! . A great experience! I would recommend them !

I was referred to these guys by a plumber I used before; and twice Andrew has come to help fix our home sewer main line. The first time they cleaned the line out, then I had them come out to replace the cleanout connection--haven't had a problem since. Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using Always Affordable for my home plumbing issues in the future. I definitely recommend them.

This company came bye for three days to fix the plumbing and the toilet.
First the plumber in the transit van came bye himself for almost several hours. Playing with the water horse and walking back and fourth observing the house and area. However didn't fix the plumbing issues
Came back the second day with another guy and was laughing and talking very loud in the house like they were about to score a touch down or something
Everybody stayed in there room since it all ladies and two plumbing men laughing and talking while they playing with tools and the bathroom however the job was not complete or done
So the third day the landlord came an act so upset about paying for plumbing 1000s dollars and request for better service and ask for refund and had a older men in Old ford truck sprayed chemical and supposedly fix the plumbing toilet issues.

I just hope everyone stay caution and be aware of men who are MAINTENANCE WORKER cause my mom was home bye self and the men just seem a strange and was watching plus the neighbor next door seem like they were part of this cause they both came with work truck and drove off at the same time plus left Black gloves on the side walk

The plumbers continue to walk back and fourth observing and not fixing the plumbing problems
Plus the landlord seem like he was so upset and mad so I'm just writing a review cause men pray on women and something not Wright

Hands down, customer service was outstanding. Our water heater needed to be replaced-- not a small purchase-- and we have a home warranty covering most of the cost. The home warranty company originally referred me to a different plumbing company (one that averages 1 star on Yelp) and I had an awful experience with them previously. So I told the home warranty company to forward my claim to a different company, that I would not use the first one, and they sent me to Always Affordable. From the first moment I connected on the phone with Always Affordable, to every interaction leading up to their two visits, to the installation itself-- all were truly exceptional. This company doesn't cut corners and they go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. The finished product was excellent and done professionally. I'm so happy to know about this company and--when we need a plumber in the future-- we'll be sure to call them. Super easy and reliable to work with. Josh, the plumber they sent, was terrific.

Was able to show up day of call and complete work. Not to sure typical cost of plumbing. $550 for pvc pipes with a valve. They said the pipes would need to be painted. Thought they would have done it. Was not present when work was done. Wasn't in a position to discuss it due to teleworking from home. Overall very satisfied. Would have hoped it would look a little better. Lucky my yard isn't award winning.

We had an emergency on the 4th of July (main shut off valve burst at the seam) and Jesus came out on short notice with no complaints. He did a clean replacement and spent the extra time to make sure there were no leaks.
The water district refused to come back out to turn our water back on, but Jesus put in the extra effort to get the valve turned back on, which was no small task!

I can't say enough about the service rendered. The two men were prompt, diligent, professional and proactive. My Autistic son can't thank your men enough either. He has a strict schedule of life and a short couple of hours later and the initial issue was over and for a fair price a few other maintenance issues attended too. I truly appreciate the Veteran discount, I appreciate the support. Thanks again. I recommend you highly.
