I have a Home Warranty that I've only used a couple of times. This time, my toilets were flushing by themselves, so I called the home warranty service, and Alvarez Plumbing Service called me within an hour. They set up an appointment for the next day, and sent Julian, in a mask because of Covid. He worked so fast and efficiently, took care of both toilets within less than an hour, and even explained the problem, and what to do if I wanted to fix it myself in the future. Why would I?!?

First of all I need to apologize to Eric for not writing this review earlier....I did write one but I didn't post it under myself so I don't know where it is my bad... Anyway this company was referred to me by my insurance company through the house insurance they came out on March oops not March May 26th the day after memorial day we had a leak underneath the house and my bathroom my second bathroom toilet handle was leaking severely and was causing damage he repaired the leak put in a new filler valve and a new line that brought the water in because it was leaking as well underneath the house I asked him to take pictures of before and after he did as such so I could see the work that was performed they came at 9:00 in the morning just like they said they would ... And he didn't take long to perform his services he did need to go to home Depot to get the pipes after he checked the leak underneath but he did not take long and he did excellent work I have the pictures to prove it everything works great now I definitely recommend this company with their professionalism and their workmanship

We had a problem with a leak under our bathroom sink at the water connection. We did a search and found Alvarez, and were impressed with their reviews. Despite calling them at 5:30pm, Alvarez took our call and they were able to send Julian out the very next morning to assist us. Julian was prompt, efficient, and very courteous in diagnosing the problem and working to fix it, explaining everything as he went along. He was also able to help us in changing a sediment filter on our water system-- not part of the original call, but he was happy to take a few minutes to satisfy this additional request. By the way, he was masked, which we appreciated in these times. We're happy to support local, family owned businesses like Alvarez, and pleased with the service we received.

We had Troy & Jose come to our home today to fix 2 leaks, one of them was a bathtub leak. They were very fast to respond to our problem and fixed it in no time! This is the worse plumbing service ever. Have dealt with them twice. The people they send out are unscrupulous and they do shoddy work. People either don't show and when they do, they don't have a part, or they diagnose incorrectly, or they have ordered the wrong part.
