I've had an issue with my garbage disposal system. Alvarez plumbing solved the problem. They offer outstanding customer service and it's appreciated. I received a text the evening prior to the service that was performed. Troy called me as well to give me an ETA. He arrived in a timely manner and was courteous , helpful and very polite. I highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing Services.

Terrible service. They are a contractor with American Home Shield and there attitude and response to an emergency outage is appalling. Like most contractors, they take it for granted that they've partnered with a large company and that therefore they don't need to deliver good service.

The story goes that I had a leak and had a technician come out to inspect and fix it in the am. Instead of addressing the issue there or coming to the job site with the correct tools to detect and fix the leak, they said that they had to authorize actually addressing the problem.

This took the better part of a day with their office help flatly stating that they don't work on follow ups until late in the afternoon. Then they waited until end of business on a Friday to get back to me with yet another delay of not having someone address the outage until the following Monday, leaving me with little recourse or options which meant that I would be without water in my home throughout the weekend and into the next week.

The lack of urgency or care that they place on those their company is supposed to help is discouraging and I would avoid this company in the future.

It seems that to hire substandard contractors is par for the course at AHS and I would certainly lump this company into that category given the deplorable customer service provided by their home office.

Excellent service! He fixed my pressure regulator on my house. Could have blown a pipe but he saved the day! Professional service and pretty nice on the eyes!

Great service with very fair prices. I highly recommend. The technician they sent out was knowledgeable and friendly. Although I got the referral for the service through my home warranty program I will definitely be calling them with any plumbing needs

People be careful who you hired to do your stuff Alvarez plumbing has been to my house twice $75 each time even though they knew the first time the water heater needed to be replace wanted $497 for parts two parts that I matched up at Home Depot both combining added up to $23 service technician was good company owner was the guy that's out there to get you watch out

I just had my hot water heater repaired by Alvarez Plumbing Services. Erik was the technician, he was on time (early), polite and efficient. Best of all it was repaired in less than 1/2 hour!! Also, the representative on the phone was courteous, she made my appointment on the very morning that I called. Best of all, my hot water heater was repaired in less than 1/2 hour!! Done by 11:00 AM!

We had a late night gas leak emergency and they came right away, fixed the problem, gave us tips on getting our service restarted that evening. Very thoughtful. Used them again for a stopper problem in our bathroom sink. Had efficient notification on arrival time (text messaging), excellent service, a friendly and helpful owner. Feel lucky to find someone caring, honest and trustworthy so we are happily repeat customers. Highly recommend you use this company!
