My tenant called to say that the toilet was leaking from the bottom and the sink was backing up. I was out of town so I had to find someone to go review the issues and repair the problem. I got a few recommendations and called Alvarez. Rihanna answered the phone. She explained that they charge a $49 diagnostic fee, which is waived if you use them for the repair. I expressed that I was not comfortable with this idea. I had never used them before and I wasn't sure if they would just give me an outrageous price. Rihanna empathize with me, waived the potential fee because I was a first time customer and got me a same day appointment. She was lovely. Then about 2 hours later Ryan arrived at the property. He was awesome. After assessing the situation, he gave me a fair quote and did the job while keeping in contact with me. I am happy with the service I received and will use Alvarez Plumbing for my future emergency plumbing needs.

We've used Alvarez over the years for various repairs and services, but now we needed a new unit. They were very responsive and were one of the few companies that could even get an AC unit like we needed in a reasonable timeframe. They (Scott) got the new unit in, installed and all was cool (literally). About 2 weeks later we noticed the air flow was getting very low and it was not cooling well. Again, Alvarez (Scott) was very responsive and sent a technician right out. They determined that during installation the main duck was not quite long enough and got kinked leading to a duct collapse. Again, they took care of the issue, installed a longer duct section, all at no charge. We highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing and Air Conditioning; exceptional customer service.

What a joke. At the time of scheduling, I sent the company a picture of the leaking pipe and the specs for the flex hose that the technician needed to bring out. He showed up an hour and a half late and with no knowledge of the flex hose he was supposed to bring. charged me $129 for nothing. Then I got an estimate for $669 for them to come back with the correct flex hose. so I spent $13.95 at Home Depot and will do it myself.

Outstanding problem solutions. Older home, faucet issues, challenges matching. They did not jump to pull and replace. Newer fixtures aren't the quality and don't last as long. They took the extra time to research and identify the the correct items. Left the place incredibly clean - took significant care to not dirty the house. Polite, helpful, answered all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fraudulent company! Rental company hired them to come out and drain my ac line. Instead they took 2 hours to """"check the electrical"""" and now my AC is not working and house has been 90 degrees for over 24 hours. They dont prioritize getting a technician out to fix their problem urgently.

If your a/c is gonna go out, I swear in our world...it'll always be in the dead of a FL summer, on a holiday! We spent all day on the 4th of July tinkering w/ our a/c and when we couldn't get it working, called Alvarez. Jennifer was very friendly in answering our initial call, Jeremy was prompt to dispatch someone, and Beto was here within the hour! He worked quickly to resolve the issue and was very friendly as well. We're SO GRATEFUL to Alvarez for their professionalism, speedy work, and being there on a holiday.

My air went out at 9:00PM at night and because of breathing problems can't go without air. I called Alvarez and they could come at 11:30PM. They advertise 24/7 service and they mean it!! I also called 2 other companies and they could not send out a technician. When Giovani, my technician arrived he was very polite and knowledgeable! My air is up and running!! I would highly recommend ALVAREZ!
