John was absolutely terrific and super helpful! We called him for a master shower draining issue and because our water bill had been so high and needed leak detection services. He was very prompt, there was no service fee and he fixed the master drain right away. He thoroughly spent time asking questions, looking at every zone on our water irrigation system for our yards and making notes. We found out very quickly that we were wasting a ton of water through a broken irrigation system. He answered all our questions, gave us super valuable information, and genuinely cared about the issue to fix it. I will 1000% choose him and this company every time for any plumbing issue!

Made an appointment on Saturday over phone for a Monday appointment. Got verbal confirmation from office manager and email confirmation from the system. No one showed up and no one called. When receiving my inquiry call at the end of day, the office had no idea what had happened. Not very professional, in my definition.

I encountered a sudden drop in water pressure on my kitchen faucet. My wife and I tried to fix the issue ourselves thinking it was the cartridge that was bad. But we had no success. It was time to call a professional and I contacted Alt plumbing. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within 30 to 40 minutes and fixed my faucet. They were easy to work with the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing issues.

Probably can't say enough good things about my experience! We had a leak in the garage ceiling which we discovered late on Friday night. I started calling plumbers Saturday morning and spoke to the very friendly and nice Sydnee who said John would be able to get to me that day and gave me a 3 hour window. John was at my house right in the middle of that time frame and quickly discovered the source of the leak in a very tricky, poorly accessible spot. He was still able to to get his hands in there to fix it with minimal removal of dry wall and a lot of dexterity. Coupled with the fact that John is very friendly, knowledgable, professional and efficient...and charged me a very fair price...I couldn't have been happier. I thought I'd need to have the water turned off all weekend as other plumbers were either closed or said they couldn't come out until Monday! I highly recommend John and Alt plumbing!!
