I called around to find someone to fix my pipe that I broke. Al's wasn't the cheapest but once I got the cheapest guy over here he ended up raising the price higher than Al's over the phone estimate. When Al's guy got here he fixed it in 20 minutes.

The cost were more than I thought for a 20 min job but I was glad to hear that all the money was going to the actual worker and not the tech that linked us together.

Came out to my house in Glen Park after several leaks. Was able to identify several trouble spots in the main sewer outlet and house. Did not hard sell. Very professional, even had boot covers to come inside the house. Highly recommend!

I had my kitchen drain clogged the other day, and I tried to rent the drain cleaner machine from home depot tried to fix it on my own for entire 4 hours. Unfortunately, the drain cleaner wire I got was too thick to angle it into the sewer, so I decided to quote someone around the area for a quick look. Al's plumbing service was the quickest one who replies to my message, and they were able to schedule a quick appointment for the visit. After waiting about 2 hours, my man came finally came over in the dark 7:30 PM. We discussed the structures of the drain and where we can unclog the sewer. He used all types of tools tried to stick the wire into the sewer including the drain cleaner wire he has to cut off in order for it to work. Overall it took about one hour for everything include cleaning, the price was around $200 which is a little pricy for me, but I do think it's worth it for some guy who came over in the dark night to make his living. I've witnessed an entire process, and I can state this job isn't easy. They had to satisfy the customer's needs, carry their heavy tools around the house, and dig into a nasty environment to find the solutions, and they also cut off their own drain cleaner wire all the time which could cost thousands of dollars for the replacement. I really appreciate their effort and responsibility.

Victor should be your go to plumber. He fixed my kitchen leak, and came back multiple times when I saw drippage from other areas, and even drove up to my home in the city despite the long commute multiple times. Our water heater stopped working and the pilot burner did not start up. I called AL's plumbing service. Though it was late evening, he responded immediately and was able to troubleshoot the problem via facetime, walked me through the issue and help fix it. Highly recommend.
