This was the first response to my Yelp service request and I wanted to fix our drain ASAP. Unfortunately Victor was not able to meet at the original appointment time but he immediately called to explain the situation. We've had other plumbing services in the past so of course we realize if you're not the first appointment of the day, that there can be delays.

He still came by, at my request. I appreciated his calling me to update me on the situation and preferred to have our slow-draining sink fixed immediately even though it was after work hours.. We already knew he would most likely have to professionally snake our outdoor sewer line because my husband had already removed the kitchen sink pipes underneath and checked for clogs himself.

Rates were reasonable and he quickly assessed the situation and snaked the drain within half an hour.

Victor was courteous, progressional and provided reasonable rates.

I purchased a bidet and try to install it myself. Bad decision. The T valve that came with it was not fitting to my toilet for some reason. I contacted the manufacturer's customer service and they recommended an alternate T Valve which ended up not fitting either. I contacted customer service again and tried to get specs to the original part. No response. I had wasted weeks of trying to install something that I thought was simple.

A friend of mine recommended Victor. I contacted Victor, told him my situation, and we set up a day for him to service my bidet. The communication was very easy and smooth. When he arrived, he was very professional. He wore a mask and even had shoe covers on to prevent carpet stains. Thank you Victor!

Victor inspected the bidet parts and quickly diagnosed the issue. I stripped one of the parts while trying to screw it onto the bottom of the T Valve. That's why the T Valve wasn't fitting! Victor replaced the part and installed the bidet. He even shared some tips that would help prevent future plumbing issues. I'm very appreciative of that. Thanks again Victor. Now I can wash my ass in peace.

My sewer was backed up and caused a flood in my house. Thank goodness for Victor/Al to come and fixed my line. I actually have multiple companies that have reached out to me after a requested help on Yelp but Al was the first to come. He came in the evening of the day I reached out. He was the only one that came out even though it was getting dark. Others came the next day and some didn't reach out to me until a few days later. With plumbing issues, it's an emergency! I'm so thankful for Al bc he was also the only one that was trained to go from the roof that I know of to snake my pipes. The other plumbers wouldn't do it unless I have a clean out which I don't. Al recommended a clean out as well especially for future maintenance but that's also at least $2200 to install. I will eventually put in a clean out but as for now, what Al did for me was amazing and I'm extremely thankful that he was willing to take snake my house. Btw, Al found years of roots that took over the pipes and blocked it completely! The drought is real and causing these roots to take over the pipes bc that's where they can find water alfterall if we don't water our trees from above.

Victor is very professional and willing to share every piece of knowledge he knows about water heater to us. We have flushed a 15 year water heater but due to lack of experience, didn't turn on every faucet when flushing it, and because there are a lot of sediments, a lot of faucets are blocked. Victor comes and fixed the problem for us. He's quite diligent in following the best practice and we are satisfied with the result. The only nit is, I hope Vic can be more concise in communication and answers question more to the point. But I definitely appreciate him sharing all the water heater context and knowledge with us! Highly recommended.

The water company was sending leak notices almost daily, until we finally discovered the problem was due to a very slow and intermittent leak in two separate toilet tank fill valves.

To complicate the situation, the external shut-off valve of one toilet was broken such that water could not be turned off during repairs, only to the entire building! Money was literally going down the drain every minute.

With less than 24 hours notice, Al's repairman completely rebuilt the tank mechanics and sourced the necessary adapters for a replacement shut-off valve all in under two hours. Problems solved, and another satisfied customer.
