My bathroom tub was draining slowly and the water was pooling whenever in use. I had the number for Al's Plumbing Service from using him 5 months prior at our SF office. I had such a great experience so I knew Victor would be the best person to call. He came to Oakland and fixed it within an hour. Amazing expertise and service. I'm so happy the water doesn't pool now! You can tell the company is getting really busy, but it makes sense since they're trustworthy and do a great job. No issues with our SF office and I'm happy now with my home tub. Victor's already on my speed dial list, but I'll happily recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs his services.

Al is top notch. We did a kitchen remodel where we replaced the countertop and sink, and Al came in to connect my air gap, faucet, garbage disposal and install a new drain+ new valves. He was flexible with my date changes and he arrived on time ready to go with masks, booties, etc. He was the only vendor of the 20+ I used who was so careful.

His work was not only meticulous but he really went above and beyond and was a great pleasure to work with. I look forward to using him for my future plumbing needs!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we tried to fix it ourselves. After several unsuccessful attempts, we gave up and called Al's Plumbing Service. We got a quote and were told someone would come by within the hour (and on a Saturday no less). 57 minutes later, Victor showed up at the front door. He wore a mask and shoe covers, even though it wasn't necessary. He looked at our sink, told us how he could fix it and how much it would cost. Around 30 minutes later, the sink was fixed and all was well again. Victor was courteous, professional and fast! Would def recommend.

I had a water leak problem from behind the wall. Victor responded and showed up promptly. Before opening up the wall to see where the leak may be, Victor wanted to confirm if the issue was indeed there.
He asked every bit of detail that I could share with him. He tried a few things to pinpoint where the leak was (instead of just opening up the wall which I greatly appreciated it as it showed he really cared about our home). After a few tries, Victor assessed that it was not a plumbing problem as he's quite confident that there were no leaks from the pipes. He suggested a couple of companies (not plumbing) that I should call. He did not charge me at all after the assessment as he said it's not a plumbing problem so there was nothing he could fix. Victor was awesome. Where could you find such an honest and professional plumber? I will definitely recommend Victor for any plumbing work.

Victor was awesome. He responded promptly to my emergency at 10:00 pm on a Friday. I had a toilet that was constantly running and the angle stopper was stripped/broken and I couldn't turn to the off position. He was able to replace it quickly and provide genuine advice. The toilet was very aged and suggested to replace and recommended a few budget friendly brands. He saved my night and I would highly recommend him as he is friendly, explained the issue and the process and was very candid and honest.

If he is available I would request for him to replace my toilet and any other plumbing needs.
