We needed some work done on a toilet including internal flush parts and a stop valve. Alpine Plumbing scheduled us during our initial inquire and called to remind us on the day they came out. Howie was friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He offered excellent suggestions and finished the job in a timely manner. It was so refreshing to work with a customer friendly company. We will definitely use them for future projects.

I have been a property manger and landlord for 40 years. Howie came out to our house , he changed the fill valves and flapper's on our 4 toilets , and changed out our kitchen sink faucet. He did excellent work, was courteous and professional, and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him again.

My outside faucet developed a bad leak inside my garage and was dripping enough that every other day I had to pour 3-4 gallons of water collected in a bucket out. I made an appointment with Alpine Plumbing and Chris and JoJo came out and did an excellent job of fixing it and replacing the faucet. They were very nice to deal with and I would absolutely call Alpine for any future plumbing needs.

Lots of problems with follow up with this company. I can't speak to the quality of the work because they never showed up. I see that's happened with others. We met with Rick and had a good meeting. We liked him and he told us we would have an estimate on Thursday or Monday. One week later after some calls on our behalf, we got estimates on two jobs we needed. We hired them and we scheduled the first job. On the Friday they were scheduled to come out, they told us around 11-12, they didn't show or call. We called them several times and a couple hours later finally got a call from Howie. My husband was not happy and we both expressed our frustration with the lack of response. Then, about an hour later, the office assistant called to tell us a water heater had burst and they wouldn't make it out today at all. Through the day we learned we had somehow been bumped from 2nd in line from services to 4th in line. We also learned the plumbing staff and office staff do not communicate well with each other. My husband expressed his frustration to the office person. He did not raise his voice, name call or swear. They rescheduled us for Monday. However, on Saturday, Howie messaged us that they would not be coming out at all because the interactions that we had on Friday led them to believe we ""would not have a good working relationship "". They did not take responsibility for the series of events that created the problems, they just dropped us. When my husband finally reached Rick, the owner, he told him he didn't want to hear what happened!!! This company is less expensive than others' estimates. Now I see why. You have to hold your breath they will ever show up!!

We have been using Alpine Plumbing for years: they have replaced our old water heaters, installed new hose bibs outdoors, and today John replaced an old toilet for us. John was extremely friendly and helpful, and was more than willing to discuss all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. He was also very efficient and knowledgable. As a result, we have a gorgeous new toilet and are once again completely satisfied with the work Alpine Plumbing has provided us. We will recommend Alpine Plumbing to our friends and family with no hesitation, and will definitely call Alpine for our next plumbing job.

Howie and Dave came out at the last minute on a Friday afternoon and helped us with a project my husband started and was unable to complete. They rescued us so we could turn our water back on! They were both professional, proficient and friendly. We will definitely use them again before starting any more DIY plumbing projects!

In March 2022 called Alpine Plumbing Services in Stanwood Wa to put on a wax ring for the toilet which they did. While John was here asked him if he could straiten the tub spout upward. When he did so he broke the spout off. When Alpine was asked to fix this issue as they were the reason the spout broke they informed me that due to alkaline..... in the water...... was why the pipe broke and determined they would have to charge me to fix the issue. Which I informed them no- they were responsible to fix what they had broke.
After a search with BBB they are not accredited by BBB. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I'm a loyal customer when I find a business that does a good job at a fair price. I thought I had found that with Alpine after the first time they came out to replace our main shutoff valve and install a utility sink. I called them later with a couple other projects and Rick (owner?) came out to take a look in order to provide an estimate. So far so good. However, after multiple weeks of waiting for a response and calling to ask for an update, I'm giving up on hearing back from them and am going to find another plumber who is responsive to their customers.

I called Alpine plumbing today to get my son and daughter in law's brand new water heater, which wasn't producing hot water, fixed. They were busy, but Rick had some repairmen on Camano Island so they went over and were able to fix the problem right away. My son and daughter in law are really appreciative that they do not have to heat water for baths tonight. Thanks for the extra efforts and the willingness of the guys to take on an extra job to help a family in need.

After working with Alpine for many years on several different plumbing projects at several homes we were very disappointed in their service last week. We called Juanita at about 8 am on a Friday morning after hearing from our tenants that their water pressure was low and that the sump pump under the house was pumping water out excessively. After phone calls back and forth she said Rick would be coming by with their sump pump in the early afternoon to pump the water out of the crawl and find the leak. He talked with her several times that morning and she said they were going to rearrange their schedule to get over to our place (which they have done plumbing work for us there several different times in the past). My husband began calling them in the mid afternoon when he hadn't seen or heard from them, he waited around for them that day for about 8 hours. He left several messages for them. We never heard back from them. Luckily he knew enough to turn of the water main, but our tenants had to wait until we could locate another plumber the next day to have water. We understand that everyone is busy, but this was an emergency with standing water in the crawlspace and us having to shut off water to our tenants. Very, very disappointed in Alpine Plumbing.
