I'm a loyal customer when I find a business that does a good job at a fair price. I thought I had found that with Alpine after the first time they came out to replace our main shutoff valve and install a utility sink. I called them later with a couple other projects and Rick (owner?) came out to take a look in order to provide an estimate. So far so good. However, after multiple weeks of waiting for a response and calling to ask for an update, I'm giving up on hearing back from them and am going to find another plumber who is responsive to their customers.

I called Alpine plumbing today to get my son and daughter in law's brand new water heater, which wasn't producing hot water, fixed. They were busy, but Rick had some repairmen on Camano Island so they went over and were able to fix the problem right away. My son and daughter in law are really appreciative that they do not have to heat water for baths tonight. Thanks for the extra efforts and the willingness of the guys to take on an extra job to help a family in need.

After working with Alpine for many years on several different plumbing projects at several homes we were very disappointed in their service last week. We called Juanita at about 8 am on a Friday morning after hearing from our tenants that their water pressure was low and that the sump pump under the house was pumping water out excessively. After phone calls back and forth she said Rick would be coming by with their sump pump in the early afternoon to pump the water out of the crawl and find the leak. He talked with her several times that morning and she said they were going to rearrange their schedule to get over to our place (which they have done plumbing work for us there several different times in the past). My husband began calling them in the mid afternoon when he hadn't seen or heard from them, he waited around for them that day for about 8 hours. He left several messages for them. We never heard back from them. Luckily he knew enough to turn of the water main, but our tenants had to wait until we could locate another plumber the next day to have water. We understand that everyone is busy, but this was an emergency with standing water in the crawlspace and us having to shut off water to our tenants. Very, very disappointed in Alpine Plumbing.

The owner seemed wonderful and gave me his card but whenever I call the woman who answers tells me they're too busy Les and Michael I had a true emergency they are the closest people she asked me to send her photographs of the problem which was a $950 water bill and she never got back to me never return my calls nothing. I told her if it was an emergency so I guess they don't have emergency service.

I have to say I met the owner and he was such a joy to talk to. Very friendly and very informative but the problem we had was follow through. He took my information and informed he would put together an estimate and get back to me and never did. I left a voice message and I did not receive a response. Over a month goes by and I finally receive a call and something about rectifying what happened. I truly believe he's good guy but disappointed without a follow up. I would have definitely hired them for the job and would have given them a 5+ star if I could.

Best service you will find. A properly masked Matthew showed up as scheduled and quickly identified and solved my plumbing problem in a more than fair manner. Would call again and if you are smart, you'll call too!

This company had the best rate of 3 estimates. They had the most economical value, they don't just talk client service, they also delivered. Great communication with Juanita &  Rick from step 1 to the finish. Will surely hire again when the need is there.

Thanks Howie and Chris! We inherited some schmancy Toto toilets when we bought our house, and replacing the seats was beyond our capability. Howie and Chris came in and were able to quickly figure them out, plus they reset the toilet that my husband had uninstalled in his futile attempt to change the seat. Super nice guys who, as a bonus, were incredibly sweet to our dogs.

Alpine's Rick and Joel did a great job at a reasonable price helping me out with rerouting a drain that was totally corroded. I got several estimates from folks that work on Camano, and Alpine was more than 50% cheaper . They were responsive and did quality work.

I had purchased a faucet To have them install along with a few other things. They did a pretty good job except for one faucet that had the low flow pressure fixture on it ( all fixtures in the USA have low flow on it) they never asked us to look at it and this is a bathroom we never use. The work was done six months ago, but understandable that we don't use this bathroom and were unaware of how poorly the water came out of the faucet. We just noticed it.

They were very reasonable and listened to our concerns and dropped the bill to a respectable price.

These are good people and willing to listen to issues you have. They have our business as long as we live here.

One more thing DON'T USE SILVANA PLUMBING! OVER PRICED, RIPOFF!!!!!
