I highly recommend Alpine Plumbing and Rooter! This is the second time I have used them in the past three weeks. I called them this morning to come out and look at our leaky bathroom sink. Mike was out here within a couple of hours. He is so friendly and professional, and he found the problem right away and fixed it! They are so honest. It only took Mike a short time to fix the leak and he did not even charge me a service fee! He said it was a courtesy call and told me to call back if there are any other issues. I can't say enough about Mike and Alpine Plumbing and Rooter. They are for sure our 'go to' from now on.

What can I say, this was the best plumbing experience I have ever had. Ryan was prompt, explained everything that was wrong and very efficient. He was able to fix the problem and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend Alpine Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Their pricing is fair and their plumbers are knowledgeable.

Re-piping the whole house experience.

We came home to a flood in the living room. Called Alpine and Ryan came right over to help us out. I could go into all the details, but I won't. I will say that the communication with Ryan was second to none, including evenings and weekends. He treated my mother and me like real people. We had a family emergency in the middle of this mess and Ryan was there to help keep me chuggin' along through out the whole event. Ryan was kind and considerate and when my mother was more than frustrated with the whole thing, he did not get offended or leave us hanging. (I can't say I would have stayed as gentle or kind.)

The price was higher than I expected. I told Ryan I was going to get another quote, which I did. The quote was $5000 difference. I learned a few things from the other company and I discussed them openly with Ryan. Again, Ryan did not get offended, just worked with me. We worked together to come to an agreement and although Alpines price was still a tad higher, I trusted Ryan.

I still think re-piping a house is overpriced, no matter where you go.

I am a skeptic by nature.

I did not have time to do all my research and I told him that up front, through squinted eyes of suspicion.

This is why I am writing a review.

Ryan definitely is a 10 in my book. He did everything he said and more. He fixed things what came up that he did not have to do. He recognized the situation we were in and he handled it very professionally. He got me on the schedule and he followed through. When I could not come to him, he came to me. Never did he complain or say one negative thing.

The house was re-piped in one day and the patch work and texture was completed the next. The crews were considerate and pleasant. the job was clean. My job was especially tricky due to wallpaper and such, he made it work without touching one inch of wallpaper.

I am considering another re-pipe on an different property and I will talk to Ryan first. I will keep them honest and I will do my homework.

Ryan is the face of Alpine to me. This was my first time dealing with this kind of emergency situation and if I got hosed (see what I did there?) by Alpine and Ryan, then there is nothing I can do about it. All I can tell you is the experience was great. They get an A+ from me and my family.

I said a prayer over Alpine and Ryan. If I never see them again, I pray much continued success for both.

We are very disappointed with Alpine Plumbing's services. Overall, they were unprofessional, inadequate and frustrating. We hired them to fix a clog, which led to them replacing our pipes.

These are a few reasons why we do not recommend anyone using their services:

1) After they replaced our pipes, we noticed stains on our driveway. They agreed to come later to do pressure washing, but the stains didn't come out. Yet again they did more pressure washing, but the stains still didn't go away. Attached is a picture.

2) Also, after they replaced our pipes, we noticed discoloration on our lawn. Attached is a picture. We contacted them and they were not helpful at all. They just responded with comments such as, ""The grass should gain its color back over time,"" and ""Not sure how you want us to remedy the grass.""

3) We decided that it's best for a concrete company to address the driveway stains and for a landscaper to address the lawn discoloration. We contacted Alpine Plumbing to ask if they could help to offset the expenses from the concrete company and the landscaper. They told us they would ONLY help to offset those expenses IF we sign a form stating that we will NOT write a negative review about Alpine Plumbing, which we declined.

There are many other plumbing companies out there, so please do not choose Alpine Plumbing. We made the mistake of choosing them because we wanted a plumber right away to fix our clog. However, we hope that you can learn from our mistake and not use Alpine Plumbing's services.

Vincent and his team are top notch. They just replaced my leaking water mainline under the driveway and didn't have to break it up. They went under the driveway. The technician Herb was clean and efficient and did professional work.
Osman was very thorough and did quality finish work. I would highly recommend Alpine Plumbing.

Vince came out to diagnose a problem I was having with my AC unit. It was not blowing cold air into the house. There was a base fee for diagnosis, and it would be used to fix any issues they came across if there were bigger problems than expected. I have an older condenser, and it has filters that need to be regularly cleaned rather than disposed of and replaced. I, of course, was not aware of this, but he cleaned them out and the unit inside and I'm going to get on a regular service to have that taken care of so it doesn't get clogged up again. Vince also took a look inside my attic and noticed a few of the ducts were disconnected and blowing straight into the attic rather than throughout the house. He quoted me something that unfortunately I could not do at the moment and we worked something out that was more feasible to take care of the problem at hand rather than the whole issue of having to reduct right now. He also provided me with pictures of what he was able to see up in the attic and a video, which I appreciated the extra effort to show me the problem. Vince was timely, responsive, professional and took care of the call in about 2 hours. Excellent work, Vince!

I have used ALPINE before and was satisfied with their services so when I heard my toilet doing that 'running water' sound last night after flushing it, first thing this morning I called ALPINE. I was assuming the 'flapper' needed to be changed.

ALPINE easily accommodated me same day...SHAWN was my service guy today...very nice and polite..called before he came. After inspecting my toilet tank he said ""No, your toilet is OK..nothing wrong'..he then explained to me what was going on and he adjusted the 'level' of water to be stored in tank...While he was here I asked him to check out something in the downstairs shower...he did and resolved the issue in a nano second...He also, without me asking him to, checked outside water 'pressure gage' and actually noticed an issue I didn't know I had until he pointed it out to me...etc etc. There was 'no charge' because he didn't have to fix/replace anything and he said ""as it turns out this was just a little courtesy call'...I truly thought that was so nice, most companies charge for just 'showing up'. He was clean and neat, put on booties, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend ALPINE ...thus far, the service people I have dealt with have all been nice, polite, and know their stuff...if you're lucky SHAWN will show up.

Sean showed up to help me unclog my bathroom sink. Turns out I had a huge hair clog 20ft deep into my plumbing and he cleared it all out with pure professionalism. He was so pleasant to me and my family. Super quick and showed up as expected. The team messaged me so quick after a request and kept me up to date on progress.
