Five star service. Vincent, Matt and Dom explained everything from the beginning to end as our problem grew bigger than we imagined. They were incredibly professional, honest and extremely polite. Our hedge along the front of house had to be removed to get to the pipes. We were really bummed the middle of our hedge was going to be hacked and ruined. Dom and his partner took a lot of time cutting and placing pieces of the hedge in buckets before they started, then planted them carefully back when they were finished. My husband and I were so impressed and happy with this service. Highly recommended!

We just purchased an older home in San Dimas and a couple days in, the toilets and tub were backed up. We called Alpine based on the Yelp reviews and I am glad we did. My husband and I have lived in our home in La Verne for over 16 years and have had various plumbing issues over the course of that time. Our brother in law who is a plumber always did the plumbing up until he moved out of state 3 years ago. We knew that the day would eventually come where we would need someone locally. Its hard to replace a brother in law who does great work. Needless to say the day came when we discovered we had a leak in our master bed room closet. I called Alpine on a Sunday afternoon and someone answered the phone and scheduled an appt for Monday morning. I was told that I would receive a call 30 mins prior to them arriving on Monday morning. I received a call from Matthew who was already nearby and on his way. My husband had already demoed the concrete before they arrived, but it needed to be a little bigger before they could complete the work. The tech's returned later on in the afternoon on the same day to complete the work. Not only did they complete the job the same day they were respectful, clean and did great work. In the end Alpine is an acceptable replacement to our beloved brother in law. We cant thank you enough for saving us and our leak. We will definitely use Alpine should the need arise again in the future.

Quick Responses, Fast & Professional Service, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Painless. Everyone I've spoken to at Alpine were very pleasant to deal with, and would highly recommend anyone to go to these guys for plumbing work and emergency fixes!

I noticed a steady water leak from a supply line to the front sprinkler system in the morning while working in the yard. I sent a message on Yelp around noon-ish, and within minutes, Edward sent a reply and confirmed their availability.

I then sent a couple pictures over to their supervisor, so they could assess and provide a quote. Within a few more minutes, I was on the phone with their supervisor, Vince, to gather more info on the problem. Vince was excellent at answering all of my questions/concerns, offered some quick solutions, and provide quotes over the phone for various levels of fixes. After going over the options, and the pros and cons, I scheduled for a technician to visit within a few hours.

Their technician, Matt, arrived at the start of the estimated arrival window, and was also very courteous and knowledgeable. He also called ahead to confirm that he was on the way, and when he was expected to arrive at the house.

Matt verified the problem with the leak, and we discussed the solution in more detail. He came prepared with the correct tools and parts to get the job done quickly (literally within 15 minutes), and he also confirmed finer details with me before proceeding. Details such as where I'd like the pipe cut (higher or lower to the ground), and if I wanted a reversible or permanent solution to fix the leak. Matt double checked that the leak was stopped and that everything was neat and tidy before leaving.

Based on this experience, I'd feel very comfortable letting Alpine return for future plumbing services.

I had a drain line from one bathroom that would plug every fee months. I had another company come out multiple times but they never identified the root cause of the problem. Alpine Plumbing came out and put in the time to properly identify the source of the problem. Their employees were all very friendly and professional. The job required concrete cutting and digging inside the house, and they did a good job of keeping the house clean, considering the work they had to do.

The job was completed on time and the problem solved. No suprises, no extra fees. I would highly recommend this company if you need any plumbing work done.

We recently purchased a new home and had removed the toilets and vanities from three bathrooms. Some shut off valves were leaking while turned off, and there was a broken toilet line that was part of a one-piece. After trying and failing to quickly schedule another plumber, I gave up and took a crack at a DIY replacement. Three Home Depot trips later, the valves were replaced. One of them gave me some trouble, and I was convinced that none were to be trusted. Vince and his apprentice came out to assess the situation, and also found a leak in another drain pipe that I hadn't even noticed. Original concern alleviated, they were able to replace a kitchen faucet during the same trip, which was great because I'm never touching plumbing again!

There are many companies out there that can do the work, but what struck me about Alpine was their responsiveness, professionalism and communication. I will surely have future plumbing needs, and Alpine will be my first call.
