Alpine plumbing was so amazing. They came out same day to check out our problem, which ended up being collapsed pipes. The problem was fixed within a week. Then a few day later when we found another issue at the street they were right back out to take care of us. Jeff and Sean in particular were a godsend, so helpful and amazing customer service. So glad I picked Alpine! We'll definitely be using them again for any other work.

My shower broke and contacted Alpine, they literally had someone out to inspect it the very next day! They send out a guy named Sean (Shawn?) who was super professional, prompt, and explained everything thoroughly. My landlord ended up going with a different company BUT I still appreciated the professionalism and customer service that Alpine offered. As a female who was home alone I usually get nervous when random men have to come into the house but Sean was sooooo respectful and not creepy which means the world!!!

I cannot recommend them enough. We needed tree root clean-out of a drainage line underneath a home to satisfy a last minute demand by the buyers of our home. Burt promised he would have someone there on the same day between noon and 2:00 p.m. and the plumber phoned me just after noon to let me know he was on the way.
When we sent their before/after videos to the buyer, the buyer still wasn't satisfied and wanted to speak to the plumber. I found out they were trying to get ""Burt"" to add a cracked pipe or a problem to the drainage pipe just to get us to replace a drainage pipe that was draining just fine. They could have done the wrong thing and told them there was a problem which would have added on a large amount to our bill. Instead, Burt did the right thing by telling them that the line had been cleared and that was all that needed to be done. You will not find too many plumbing companies with this work ethic in existence and I cannot thank them enough for being honest. They probably saved us $1000's in completely unnecessary repairs. If you are looking for a good honest plumber? Hire Alpine. I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks. The tech that cleared out line was Jeff and he called me as soon as the job was complete and immediately sent in the videos in order to meet our deadline. I cannot say enough about his company!

I was surprised by the Honesty of the Technician Jimmy that came over to give an estimate on a garbage disposal intstall and stopped up drain issue. Instead of adding unnecessary repairs to the estimate he found that the garbage disposal was the source of our issue and was able to install and keep to the same quote that I was given to begin with. Price was very reasonable and I will definitely be calling Alpine Plumbing for any additional Plumbing needs at my other Units. Thanks Again Jimmy for your Honesty and Excellent Customer Service

We had an old leaky regulator dripping in our garage, and Dominic and his associate replaced it. They were extremely professional and capable. Dominic explained things well, and tried to make things cost as reasonably as possible. The old regulator is no longer made, but Dominic found one in Anaheim, and picked it up. Yes, the part was quite expensive, but there was probably nothing anyone could do about that.

The two plumbers were also happy to wear masks at our request.

I will use Alpine Plumbers for our future plumbing needs, and would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend the company and Dominic in particular.

Thank you Rubin for getting to our home so quickly and solving our clogging problem. When I called on a Sunday for a clog in my sewer line I was told someone could be at my home in about an hour and a half but Rubin got there before the expected time and was able to solve our problem quickly. Rubin saved our Sunday and cost us way less than we expected for emergency Sunday service. Thanks Rubin!!
