These guys are AMAZING.. The pipe burst in my apartment , which caused a lot of damage to the unit below. I called Alpha Rooter and within an hour Harut and Arman rushed to my place, stopped the leakage and fixed the problem. They're very professional and did not leave any mess behind. So recently we decided to change our stove top to full gas stove with oven we were having some problems which only the gas company answered our questions correctly and said we need a plumber long story short i called harout who is the field manager
They arrived next day without me having an appointment because i had told him as soon as possible (less then 24 hours) so he squeezed me in between appointments which was a lucky break for us ! Was in and out in less then 20 minutes with no problems at all just really showed us they knew what they were doing very nice, efficient all in all amazing

How frustrating is it when you have a plumbing issue? And especially how frustrating is it when you have a plumbing issue and your plumber can't figure it out? You have no idea how many headaches I have had with plumbers UNTIL I was recommended to the guys at Alpha Rooter. They don't understand what it means to not figure it out. It's always figured out.

I've now been calling Harry and the guys at Alpha Rooter for the past 3 years and not a single time have they let me down. The guys are always professional and respectful to everyone in the home. Even when they are doing work and the kids/the dog/grandma and who knows who else is constantly running around as they quietly fix your piping disasters. Everyone always feels comfortable when they arrive and they leave the place cleaner than it was when they got there.

I will recommend Alpha Rooter to anyone who ever needs any plumbing service in any situation. Stop wasting your time and just call them already. I'm serious.

Love, love, love Alpha Rooter. The owner Harry is always so polite and explains what is needed when I have called him in the past. He just replaced my 'screaming' kitchen faucet and I am always so amazed at how he so quick and efficient.
