Our kitchen sink was backing up, so we called these guys at 5:30PM on a Thursday. They arrived less than 15 minutes later and quickly identified the problem. Both men waited patiently as I tried to get approval from my landlord to allow them to make the repair. For the past few months I've been trying to find a plumber to fix a few things in my condo including a leak in my bathtub and a water heater problem I have been in contact with many plumbers until now and almost gave up on finding an honest reliable plumber I have been given so many different options as what I should do with my water heater and they were all in my opinion unreasonable as the problem I was having with the water heater was that the water was getting cold too fast in my experience over the years of having water heaters when you have a gas tank you turn the knob to hotter therefore you have hotter water longer when I mentioned this to a few of the plumbers that came to my house until Harry from Alpha Rooter they all had their own opinion of what I should do which was going to result in me spending a lot of money Harry was the only honest plumber out of all right away telling me you just have to change the temperature even though it's an electric water heater he opened it up for me right away and fixed it it took two minutes he did not charge me a penny for it and therefore I had him fix the leak as well and my bathtub that I've been told would cost at least $800 until today and he fixed it for $280 I now went ahead and made an appointment with him to come and fix something else in my business as I trust him and he will definitely be my plumber from now on besides all of that he's a very nice guy very sweet and knows what he's doing finally I got lucky highly recommend him can't say enough obviously :)

Came within 20 minutes in the middle of the night to turn on our water heater pilot light and fixed our clogged drain while he was here. Gave us great advice that was honest and direct and didn't upsell. Highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Yelp!! Amazing I actually got a hold of someone when I called on Sunday afternoon and not some answering service that couldn't give me any informationswer - another company took over 2 hours just to return my call ... ummm... I need something fixed sooner rather than later.

Arrival was on point. Gary got here advanced of the estimated time -hooray!

Gary was fast, friendly, professional and the service was upfront with what was needed.

Our issue - broken water shut off valve (snapped off-ugh - yeah old house) under the bathroom sink and needed the bathroom faucet replaced (I went out to buy the faucet since I wanted to pick that out). Plus, it was a service they offered.

Gary was in and out in 40 minutes for the entire service. (Thank goodness for the local home improvement store!)

Harry was incredible. He arrived within one hour of my phone call. He has great communication skills as he replied right away to my request on yelp. He called me to let me know he will be on his way within 45 mins. Resolved the issue within 20 mins and went about to another call. Definitely recommend him for any needs.

Gary responded in less than an hour and sized up the job quickly. His estimate to snake a bathroom sink was $170 because he needed to remove the U shaped pipe under the sink. I told him to go ahead. He was able to open the drain a little, but not much. He and I went outside where I located a clean out. He opened it, used a screwdriver, and grinded away. It solved the problem very quickly

I used Alpha Rooter to run a commercial gas line for a pair of convection ovens and I am very happy with the job they did. First Harry came out to give me an estimate.
