I can't tell you how incredibly grateful I am for this company! My elderly mother was having a sewage backup problem and was so worried that it was going to cost way more than she could afford to pay. The techs came in and were able to clear the roots out and suggest a solution that buys us some time with the bigger issue. Jamie & Billy were great and if I could get them a raise I would!! My mom literally cried with relief (and so did I). It can be so hard to find honest, competent and compassionate company's these days so we will be telling all our friends & family about Alpha!!

I was building a wet bar and I needed to route plumbing to the area for a bar sink and ice maker from an adjacent bathroom. I decided I was going to contract this work out and I found Alpha Plumbing on Yelp. Alpha was able to come out quickly and assess the work to be done and they subsequently provided me the quote. My job required a total of three trips to the house - the first for the assessment, the second for the rough-in and the third for the final plumbing hookup. All three appointments were easy to schedule and the plumber, Brian, was on time, professional, transparent and respectful of me and my home. Brian would notify me when he was on his way and wore a mask while in my house. He was very efficient with his efforts and effectively communicated what he was going to do and how long he expected it to take. The project tuned out terrific! Shout out to Bob too!

Coincidentally, the day after my wet bar job was complete I had a non-related plumbing issue and Alpha Plumbing quickly dispatched a plumber to my house which had four gurgling, bubbling, spewing and ""geysering"" toilets making a mess of the bathroom. (Turns out the county failed to notify my community of their plans to violently flush the sewer lines.) Once again the plumber, Liam, was super friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and called me when he was on his way.

My experience with Alpha Plumbing was wonderful! During the course of my project and fake-emergency I communicated with John, Lorraine, Liam, Brian and Bob and everyone was so incredibly awesome and exemplary in their execution. I am very glad to have such a wonderful plumbing company in my contact list.

All I can say is good luck with getting them out to your property. I moved my schedule twice to accommodate them but they announced they couldn't come less than an hour before our planned time. Respect your customers enough to give them a 24 hour notice at least. Very irresponsible

We used Alpha Plumbing for backflow preventer testing which is required in Anne Arundel County. They were able to come to us the next day and were on time, professional, and reasonably priced. We'll look forward to their service again next year.

Recently had to have a sewer line replaced due to roots in old cast iron. Had estimates from 3 companies. Unbeknownst to the people who came out, I was once a plumber years ago. I could tell that some of the things I was being told by the other two companies weren't ""quite right"". Score one for Alpha Plumbing. They also focus on this type of work as opposed to ""we do everything"" even though they are a full service plumbing company. Score two. Just read the side of their trucks. They also provided best price. Score three although item 2 was what mostly influenced my decision. I just felt they knew more about what they were doing. I was really glad that I chose them once they did work. Sewer Lines were 9 feet deep so considerable backhoe work. The backhoe operator was superb. Naturally there will be some damage to your lawn, but I was pleasantly surprise how little damage there was. Of course, as a homeowner you will have to renovate where trench was dug as expected. Again reasonable price, excellent work, minimal collateral damage.
