Alpha plumbing had a great online way to get a quick estimate and promptly got back to me. We made an appointment and they showed up a little early. Dan was friendly and very helpful. He did the work and explained everything to us. He even looked at one other thing I had for them and fixed it in about 15 minutes. I was very pleased with how honest, professional and friendly they whole experience was. I will be using Alpha from now. Pros: Their service was extremely responsive and professional. Cons: The cost to replace a leaking faucet was an astronomical $670. This was a standard kitchen gooseneck that they should have carried in their truck. They billed me for time to go buy the replacement faucet which was fine, but first they went to a specialty store and sent me a sky high price. I had them go to home depot for a more reasonable price, and was charged for both trips. Excellent work, extremely professional, but I am still recovering from this financial blow.

Great work. Very quick to respond with estimate and to get work scheduled. Sink faucet and pump installed, new sump pump installed and additional piping and switch for turning on/off water. Clean work, respectful of property. Reasonable cost. Will call on Alpha Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

Basic plumbing needs were fulfilled on a short notice. Needed dishwasher supply line replaced and they came right out next day and replaced it within 30 minutes. Also the guy was quickly able to show me why the pressure in the house was low and fixed that while he was here. Now I can run the dish washer and take more enjoyable showers. Would highly recommend and though I'd prefer no plumbing issues, I will call these guys if they do come up.
