As a first time home owner, I feel lost when anything goes wrong.
I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom- I panicked and was referred to Alpha and Omega Pluming.
I called on a Sunday, late afternoon. Sounded like the team was done for the day, so I mentioned I would be available the following day. George, bless his heart, told me, ""Send me your address, I can be there in 20 minutes.""
And he was.
He checked several areas of the house and gave me options, thorough explanations, and guidance on what to do next.

I called Alpha and Omega out on a Saturday to look at a pinhole leak at a copper line off the water heater. I spoke with George and he asked for a few pictures of the problem. He gave me a call back a few minutes later to explain what was needed and what the cost would be. We needed a specialty fitting that isn't available at hardware stores on the weekends and it would be Monday before they could do the repair. So he suggested a DIY temp fix while I searched for other plumbers with the fitting on hand. After a bit of searching and doing the temp fix, I called George back to schedule it for Monday.

Come Monday morning, two Tech's arrived in the timeframe George gave me. They introduced themselves and we walked through the repair. Both Tech's explained what they were going to do and let me know what it was going to take. I let them do their thing and after an hour, they were done. Afterwards they show me the work, check for leaks and a courtesy water pressure check. Squaring up the bill, they take Venmo and Zelle which is nice.

TL:DR Alpha and Omega are responsive, helpful and professional. They'll take the time to explain what's going on and make sure you're taken care of.

This company took care of a broken water pipe at my house and were so professional and helpful! The second they arrived they were very welcoming, honest, and professional in the way they carried themselves. Out of 5 companies I reached out to for estimates, this company provided the best service all around! They replaced the water pipe and made a clean cut into our dry wall all within a hour! It was a job well done! If needed, we are definitely going to reach out to this company again!

Wow the service here was 10/10! Staff was extremely friendly, paid attention to detail and most importantly they actually cared about the services they were hired for. Some companies come and do a sloppy job and really don't prioritize your needs or the urgency of them, this was definitely not the case with Alpha and Omega.
