Jorge & David were friendly, trustworthy and professional. They texted me before buying the needed parts just to make sure we were all on the same page. Great call as they were about to procure incompatible parts. After I sent them a couple of pictures of the old pipes, they got the needed parts and were able to complete the job in under an hour. I also got a physics lesson since I've always been curious about p-drains - how they seem to defy the laws of physics - how does water go down into a U shaped tube and climb back to the top and then into the drain? They explained it. Mind was blown! Now I understand how drains work and will be totally re-doing my house's original goofy plumbing based on their recommendation. They'll be my go-to plumbers without a doubt. I should also mention that their rates were the most affordable quoted to me from at least five other local plumbers. A++

I wanted to add...I had Alpha and Omega come out to fix our other toilets because they started having issues, too. It was a strange problem specific to our model of toilet, but they tackled it, figured out what to do, and thoroughly took care of everything.

Love their no nonsense approach. Gave me a quote, sent 2 plumbers to fix my clogged kitchen pipe. They couldn't fix it because the blockage was too severe. Didn't charge me anything and recommended a more drastic approach (hydro pipe). Unlike other services, they offered me a flat rate regardless of how long it'll take (usually 40-90mins). I just appreciate the professionalism and honest business practices. The 4 plumbers that dropped by are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to answer them.
