George came to replace the disposal but he was very honest and told me to save my money because it didn't need replacing! He was able to fix it quickly. He's very professional, respectful, and genuine. In the short amount of time he was here, I was able tell he is a good guy just wanting to help. I used to be weary calling plumbers because of the unnecessary charges, but I will now always call George and be confident in knowing he is trustworthy! He also wore a mask and booties in my home, which I really appreciated during this COVID surge.

I spoke with the owner, George, last week regarding work I needed to be done on a renovation. He gave me his bid on the job. I agreed to the bid and told him to please schedule the job. I also sent him a detailed text to reiterate our conversation so we were both on the same page. We spoke several times since then. There was no miscommunication on exactly what needed to be done. I got a call today from his supervisor, Joseph. He wanted to know what needed to be done. I told him in detail what George & I discussed. I also told Joseph the work is also in the text I sent George. Joseph said George feels he underbid the job and is cancelling on me last minute. I even tried working with Joseph saying we can take some of the items off the bid I was given. Joseph said George was on vacation and didn't want to be bothered and they are canceling period. I am so disappointed because I was already scheduling other crews to come in after them & now my entire project is messed up! What a complete disappointment!

Company got to me quickly and was able to fix my plumbing issue that day. Was a bit pricey, however, did explain this from the beginning. We end up going with them anyways because its been an ongoing problem and had several plumbers out and money spent but problem never fixed. They were able to provide pictures and a video of the problem. We were satisfied.

Thanks Joseph and David!! so my garbage disposal started leaking and our toilet was running for over a week now and finally i yelped various businesses for an estimate. after requesting 6 quotes, george replied immediately. his quote was very competitive compared with others. he was able to squeeze me in the next day. Joseph and David showed up and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. after about an hour later, they told me everything was done which i was surprised and happy. they then showed me their work and answered alot of my questions. im really satisfied and would recommend these guys if you need any plumbing needs.
