I had a water heater blow up, which I discovered early Monday morning. By 6:00 am, I had sent out multiple requests for quotes on Yelp and George was the first to respond. George was professional and clear about what was included in the price. He had availability that day. After receiving the rest of the quotes, I chose Alpha & Omega Plumbing because George was a pro, not a pushy salesman and his pricing was right in line. George and Joe arrived later that morning and they were very personable and professional. They did the work (I wanted to do the sheet rock repair myself) and they made sure I had all the information I needed. Everything about their work is pro class. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Had a great experience with A&O Plumbing. I had set up an appt with a previous plumber but things didn't go as planned. Needed a job done sooner than later so I put a request on Yelp.. and what I appreciated most was that they had flat fee rates upfront with what seemed close to what I was asking for. The 6 other companies wanted me to call and have them come out and do estimates from there. George was very responsive and professional.

As with any job, there were unpredictable hiccups, but they made all the necessary adjustments and did not want us to pay until everything was fixed and working correctly. Both gentlemen were very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Would definitely recommend their business, and are planning to use them again for our future needs.

I called to get my garbage disposal and pressure regulator replace. They quoted me a fair price and made an appointment for the next day. They showed up and did the job quickly.

I got other quotes but some places in the area take a week to book a visit.

George was really responsive and really informative. He knew the area well so was aware of hard water and pressure issues so his expertise was well served. Was quite an expert at all plumbing issues really.

They did such a good job, that I later went back to them to help me install a water softener and fix a leaky faucet.

If you shop around you will see they have fair competitive prices.

10/10 would recommend.

I messaged A&O late Sunday night through Yelp after the pilot light when out on our water heater. This has been a proven with our unit for a couple yrs now. Within 2 minutes George had messaged me back and after several messages back and forth through Yelp we were talking on the phone in less than 10 min from my original request, mind you this was Sunday night after 8PM. George called and we talked for about 10 min about our options and the costs associated with those options. George was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave us options to save us money which I appreciated. Ultimately we chose to replace our 20 yr old water heater. Less than 12 hrs after our Yelp request for service George was at my house early in the morning with a brand new water heater. He walked me through everything, was very polite, and very knowledgeable. Install took less than an hour and ""looked"" better then what he replaced. New water heater is way better than what we had. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had with a service professional hands down. As a business owner I can appreciate ""good"" customer service. What George provided was exceptional customer service that you just don't get anymore. Thank you for that. I think my neighbor hit him up while he was here for service and I recommended him to my dad who has a water heater that has lived it's life. I honestly would not call anyone else if I ever needed help with plumbing in the future. I would trust George in my home and with my home. Thank you. I'm sure I'll see you again at some point. Can't recommend him enough.

Several times, I called a different plumber that had worked on my house in the past, and no call back. So, I sent a request out on Yelp and ""A & O Plumbing"" was the first to respond. I spoke to George, he asked me about the problem, and they could fix it that day.

George and Mike (I'm sorry, I think it was Mike), arrived about 35 minutes later, fixed the problem, tested their work, and another secondary problem popped up. Thankfully, they had an extra part on their truck and the secondary problem was fixed. They did some more testing and all was good to go!!!!!!

These two men were friendly, professional, and effective. When that time arrives again, I will call A & O Plumbing first. I totally recommend this company

A &O plumbing is so reliable, George is very helpful in explaining things of what's wrong and what's to be done. Everything for him are suggestions to the owner. Have been into my house two times both George and company are five to 10 minutes early from the appointment time. Pricing is reasonable. Thanks

Worst experience with this company. They quoted $150 to fix washing Machine valves. Then when they came, they changed their quote to over $600. When I tried to ask if there's anyway to do it for less, George pretended that he can just do it ""off the clock"" for $300. I thought that was nice and agreed. He then installed valves for the washing machine that would be used outside! I had no idea what they were. Little did I know after they left that I couldn't even access the valves to turn on and off (see pictures)!!! They also left all the draining hoses so loosely inserted that a few days later my laundry flooded! I had to take off of work to deal with the flooding and u do the work they did to do it properly! When I confronted George, he had the audacity to blame it on the appliances and asked for my husband to be present if he were to come back!!

DO NOT USE! They seem nice but will screw you over! Appliance tech came and said appliances were fine and he couldn't believe the terrible job the plumbers did.

A&O NEEDS TO RETURN THE MONEY IT CHARGED FOR THIS! FILING A COMPLIANT WITH CSLB AND BBB.
