Jerrod helped me find a solution for replacing a dated shower fixture. He called several suppliers to inquire about replacement fixtures and then found the part on Amazon. He saved me from paying to have tile or drywall ripped out---thank you! He even gave me a quick tutorial on how to install said plumbing part. Highly recommend this plumber. He knows his trade very well.

I live in Georgetown and my water heater wasn't making hot water so I called Jerred based on his great yelp reviews. I have no idea about the mechanics of hot water heaters. Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance, he told me that my breaker had somehow been tripped. He simply reset the breaker and only charged me for the visit. He could have invented a complex problem but did not do that. I am very thankful I called him.

He came to our house right on time for his appointment this morning, gave us an estimate on the spot and took care of our shower leak promptly. He took the time to explain everything to me (I like to know) and even left us a bag of cookies (thank you!).

Jerred did an amazing job! I highly recommend Aloha Plumbing because of the professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. I needed a new water heater in a home I was selling. After waiting 5 hours for another "big name" plumbing company in Austin, I tried Aloha.

Jerred showed up the next day at the exact time he said. He even did two smaller jobs for free and advised me on the current federal changes to water tank sizes. His advise was on how TO NOT waste my money and save money. Basically, don't live in fear of the regulations.

Jarred came out very quickly to fix a leaking pipe we had over our laundry room. He gave us a reasonable price and was thorough in fixing our leak, and left the room clean after he was done. I called Jerred about some minor leaks, and he returned my call promptly around 12:20 on a Saturday. I asked him how much a service call and he said he wouldn't know until he saw the work....I would rather have had a ball park price, but what the heck, I could always say no. He said he'd be at my place between 1 and 1:30. He arrived at 2:00, and was very professional and courteous. He immediately gave me a price, which I thought was high, but I went with it anyway. To be fair, I don't have anything to compare his rates to - maybe they all get $100 for the basics. He definitely took the time to educate me on other items related to plumbing (where the shut off was on my house..who reputable water softener folks are). He did the work thoroughly and quickly, and was on his merry way. I immediately recommended him to one of my neighbors. If you want a professional, reliable, fair-minded guy, call Jerred. It might be a tad pricey, but I really appreciated the responsiveness and his professionalism.

2/23/15 - As it turns out, that first visit wasn't quite as great as I originally thought. One of the parts that he put in created a loud noise under my kitchen sink. When I called him back about this, he wasn't very helpful. He made it seem like it was a result of the repair that he made and "normal". I ended up calling him back for a different problem (leaking garbage disposal). When he came, he heard the noise and acted shocked by it, and ultimately fixed it (after telling me that it was fixed when I originally called him). He did give me an estimate for replacing the garbage disposal, which was VERY high for a replacement, but he was here and I needed it done, so I went with it. I asked for the warranty info and he was resistant to giving it to me, but ultimately gave me some. I'd still come him if I was in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend him anymore.

Jarred came out on the weekend when my water heater busted and was leaking into my house. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and got to work replacing it and bringing the rest of that area up to code. He was straight forward and honest and made my weekend with a busted water heater go as smooth as it could possibly go!
