Jerred is AWESOME! Hot water went out. Other plumbers were quoting 4-10 days to fix it. Jerred was at my house that morning and had it fixed in an hour. Price was quoted up front and very reasonable. He was so knowledgable and talked me through future water heater options. I will always use Aloha in the future!

Jerrod came highly recommended and I know why. He demonstrates and possesses exceptional customer service skills. He keeps appointments and is on time. He truly is a master plumber and extremely professional! He installed a hot water heater for us and recommended one that will warn us of a future problem (it has an alarm). He came the same day that we were experiencing water gushing from our laundry room vent and down the wall. Of course we had to turn off the water to the house. However, because of his responsiveness, we were not inconvenienced too long. Jarrod picked up, installed and provided us with a warranty on the unit.

Most recently Jerrod came by and provided us assistance and guidance on a major leak we were experiencing. We did not know who to call or where to turn. Well Jerrod was there again on time with his knowledge and professionalism. He is a great person to have on your home or business team of professionals!

I tried Aloha after being stood up a couple of times by other plumbers, an I kick myself for trying them first. Jerred is super friendly, punctual, and fairly priced. He's helped me with water heater repairs and replacement, fixing a stupid mistake I made with plumbing in my kitchen (that's what I get for trying to DIY things), and has given me advice on saving money on gas and water bills by making a few tweaks here and there. What a guy.

Jerrod helped me find a solution for replacing a dated shower fixture. He called several suppliers to inquire about replacement fixtures and then found the part on Amazon. I live in Georgetown and my water heater wasn't making hot water so I called Jerred based on his great yelp reviews. I have no idea about the mechanics of hot water heaters. Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance, he told me that my breaker had somehow been tripped. He simply reset the breaker and only charged me for the visit. He could have invented a complex problem but did not do that. I am very thankful I called him.

Jerred did an amazing job! I highly recommend Aloha Plumbing because of the professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. I needed a new water heater in a home I was selling. After waiting 5 hours for another "big name" plumbing company in Austin, I tried Aloha.

Jerred showed up the next day at the exact time he said. He even did two smaller jobs for free and advised me on the current federal changes to water tank sizes. His advise was on how TO NOT waste my money and save money. Basically, don't live in fear of the regulations.
