These guys are straight up the real deal. Not only at what they do but how they approach you, how they educate you as they're explaining the situation, and how they communicate with you before/during/ after their work. Oh, did I mention, they're ALWAYS on time or a bit early if it works out with you. I strongly recommend this company. Trust me, you will not be dissatisfied.

This makes me very sad, and we have counted on Jerred for years. They are now losing our business not because of Jerred, but because of Brendon - he has quoted us 2X market rate for basic work. Have never had issues with Jerred, but now we need to find a new plumber as I don't trust them anymore. Brendon even came in and accused us of having done something to the water heater that Jerred himself installed, stating that "they don't do it that way".

Sorry, Jerred. Brendon has lost you a customer.

Jerred listened to me and advised of my options for a new water heater. My old one was still working, but not well. I elected to go with the tankless, bigger expense up front, but longer lasting.
Brendon and Joshua were great. They actually arrived early to install my new tankless water heater. Brendon was very communicative throughout the process, telling me all I needed to know about this new applicance. The installation went smoothly, the new water heater fit perfectly in the closet in my garage and it's working great!
And Brendon even explained to me the origin of the name Aloha Plumbing! Awesome!

I am very happy with the responsiveness and friendliness of the people at Aloha. I had to shut the water off to my house on a Sunday morning. I left a voicemail for them to call me back Monday, and the owner texted me Sunday afternoon for more information. He was able to get someone to my house first thing Monday morning, and I had working water again by Monday afternoon. I would definitely use them again.
