I live in a senior community where the business advertise. I called them out in November 2023 for a simple drip in the shower. They quoted me 400.00 for a part but guaranteed it would stop the drip. It did not. I called them out again in December, a couple weeks later, and they told me I needed a new shower head and it would help. I bought a new shower head, the drip continued. I called them back, they figured out they put a part in wrong and the drip stopped. Two months later I noticed a wet floor behind the shower. I called them back. They now have quoted me $13,000.00 and told me I needed a complete new shower. However, the same drip is back. I asked them to come back stop the annoying drip while I considered this enormous cost. Duke, the supervisor got angry and hung up the phone for me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Take about expensive. I have a busted pipe underground in the front yard, visible water running onto the side walk. I started digging, called for help, the Plummer and I dug for about 20 minutes to find where it was leaking. The charge was $564 just for him to HELP dig and they was $838 just to change out a small section of PVC pipe. What a bunch of crap. Never again

Aloha showed up for us in every way from my first conversation with a dispatcher to Jesse's fast and thorough service on site.
When we called late in the day with a toilet emergency, Courtney clearly explained that it would be after-hours before they could get to us, so there would be an extra charge.
But then they had a cancellation or something and called back to say they could come earlier--no extra charge! They totally didn't have to do that--could have easily made more money from us, but they were awesome instead.
And Jesse was a total pro. He took care of us with no shame or drama, even though we had made a mess. We are forever grateful and thoroughly impressed. Thanks, Aloha!

I would like to commend Aloha Plumbing and Jesse for responding to my urgent request for installation of a new tankless water heater! I had spent 11 days without hot water after getting the runaround from the warranty company and a different plumbing company. Jesse arrived on time as promised and explained what was necessary to install the heater. Jesse was professional and did an excellent job with the installation. I also received a follow up call from the business the following day to see if I was satisfied with their services.
